“What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal."
Albert Pine

Today’s Sunday Soul Connection concludes with the 7th Level of consciousness  Service - Being your purpose. This level of consciousness is about selfless service to a cause or work that allows you to use your talent or gifts; in order to make a lasting contribution to the well-being of humanity and the planet.

Level 6 - Making a difference - Living your purpose

Level 6 - Making a difference - Living your purpose

“You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end each of us must work for our own improvement, and at the same time share a general responsibility for all humanity.” Marie Curie.

Today’s Sunday Soul Connection continues with the 6th level of development of consciousness - Making a difference. This level is about making a difference in the world - in your family, community and society nationally and globally. It’s how we empathise and connect with others to make difference in a loving and unconditional way.

Level 5 - Finding your purpose - Self Actualising - Self Expression

Level 5 - Finding your purpose - Self Actualising - Self Expression

“Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by lack of meaning and purpose.”
Viktor Frankl.

Today’s Sunday Soul Connection continues with the 5th developmental level of consciousness - Self Expression. We’re each here to express our soul’s purpose no matter how late in life it may come to us. Failing to express our soul’s purpose can leave us bereft, with regrets of un-fulfilment and feeling depressed. But following our soul’s promptings can lead us to fulfilment, contentment and at peace. (Picture Danica Tanjutco)

Transformation - consciously evolving through freedom and autonomy

Transformation - consciously evolving through freedom and autonomy

“Autonomy... is freedom to develop one's self - to increase one's knowledge, improve one's skills, and achieve responsibility for one's conduct. And it is freedom to lead one's own life, to choose among alternative courses of action so long as no injury to others results.”
Thomas Szaz

Today’s SSC examines the 4th level of development of consciousness - Transformation. It’s about finding freedom and autonomy; discovering who you are beyond your parental programming and cultural conditioning received in our formative years, so as to discover your true self.

3rd Level of Consciousness - Self esteem

3rd Level of Consciousness - Self esteem

"Why should we worry about what others think of us, do we have more confidence in their opinions than we do our own?"
Brigham Young

Today’s SSC focuses on the third level of consciousness - self esteem. As with the previous two levels of consciousness this is shaped by what we may or may not have received growing up; that either boosted or deflated our self confidence which impacted the level of self esteem we embodied.

2nd Level of Consciousness - Relationship - A sense of Belonging through conforming

2nd Level of Consciousness - Relationship - A sense of Belonging through conforming

“Relationships are the Holy Spirit's laboratories in which He brings together people who have the maximal opportunity for mutual growth." Marriane Williamson.

Today’s SSC examines the second level of personal consciousness - relationships - the need to feel safe, loved and protected! If these needs weren’t met as a child, then as an adult no matter how much love they get it’s never enough. Remaining at this level of consciousness is detrimental for transformation and growth.

Seven Levels of personal consciousness and development - Level 1 Survival

Seven Levels of personal consciousness and development - Level 1 Survival

“Spirituality is the deepest and most enduring dimension of the Self, a type of human consciousness where the heart and soul are the guide and source of fulfilment.”
C. Tomaino.

Today’s Sunday Soul Connection begins a new series on the 7 development levels of personal consciousness. The first being survival!

No matter where we are on our journey through life, there are times when we drop into survival consciousness. Our thinking brain switches off and our survival brain switches into fight, flight, freeze or fawning response. As we stay open and connected to our faith and aligned to the Ground of Being - God in us as us, we can meet and overcome anything…

What, who, why, when of Ascension

What, who, why, when of Ascension

“There's always another level up. There's always another ascension. More grace, more light, more generosity, more compassion, more to shed, more to grow.”
Elizabeth Gilbert

Today’s Sunday Soul Connection examines the who, what, when and why of ascension. The understanding that ascension is the final step in the unfoldment in man from his animal to his spiritual nature; that which is totally aligned with the principle of good that knows no suffering, imperfection or any negative memory.

Easter Sunday and the 12 Laws of the Universe

Easter Sunday and the 12 Laws of the Universe

Jesus of Nazareth played an important part in opening the way for every one of us into the Father's kingdom. However, that way was not through His death on the cross, but through His overcoming death. "I am the resurrection and the life."

The resurrection is the raising up of the whole man — spirit, soul, and body-into the Christ consciousness of life and wholeness.

He made a connection between our state of consciousness and the more interior one of the Father. He united them—made them a unit—a one, hence the at-one-ment or atonement through Him. He stands ready to pass over all who will accept His way. That which died upon the cross was the consciousness of all mortal beliefs that hold us in bondage—such as sin, evil, sickness, and death—which He overcame. "I have overcome the world."

Resurrection--The restoring of mind and body to their original, undying state. This is accomplished by the realisation that God is Spirit and that God created man with power like that which He Himself possesses. When man realises this, his mind and body automatically become immortal.

Metaphysical meaning of Easter (rw)
Easter--The awakening and raising to spiritual consciousness of the I AM in man, which has been dead in trespasses and sins and buried in the tomb of materiality.

Sacred Text

Romans 8:11 New International Version (NIV)
11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of[a] his Spirit who lives in you.

The twelve laws relating to Easter

  1. Oneness Jesus came to show that we are all one with God and each other…

  2. Vibration demonstrated how to vibrate with what he wanted be it to feed 5k or the many headings he did.

  3. Action He demonstrated not just with words how to prove God in his life Faith without action is dead

  4. Correspondence He spent time in the silence so that he could bring that higher consciousness into the world. - he took himself away from the crowds

  5. Attraction he attracted those that were right for him to bring the gospels to the people he said my sheep know me - my sheep know me

  6. Cause and effect nothing but love and acceptance and forgiveness went forth from him so that he was able to resurrect

  7. Compensation His compassion and kindness was realise when Joseph of Aramathea begged for his body so it could be put in new grave

  8. Transmutation the energy of the people shifted from Palm Sunday welcoming him and shouting hosanna to Good Friday crucify him but also in the cave where he resurrects

  9. Relativity he knew he would be tested and in the garden even asked that the cup should pass but in the end surrendered not my will but your will be done.

  10. Rhythm the cycle that the disciple went through from humble fishermen to spreading the word and the change from being revered to being rejected

  11. Polarity he enters into Jerusalem on a donkey symbolising peace from the East whilst the Roman emperor/general from the west on a horse symbolising war also he remain silent whilst his accusers were busy shouting

  12. Gender Jesus balanced both his female and male energies which allowed him to lead and be compassionate strong and intuitive

1. Matthew 21:7-9 — Jesus’ Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem
They brought the donkey and the colt and placed their cloaks on them for Jesus to sit on. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted…

Jesus utilised the Law of Oneness to empty himself of his ego, by sitting and squashing his animal nature to be at peace knowing what was before him. Also we see the law of Rhythm how the people cycled through one of rejoicing and appreciating him to turning…. The Law of Polarity he enters from the East on a colt and Pilate enters from the West on a war horse

2. Matthew 26:14-16 — Judas Agrees to Betray Jesus
Then one of the Twelve—the one called Judas Iscariot—went to the chief priests and asked, “What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you?” So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver. From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over.

Here we see the Law of Polarity at work Jesus epitomised Love and Compassion and Judas Greed and self serving and also the law of Relativity both Judas and Jesus were tested and Judas failed… the law of rhythm Judas following Jesus dedicatedly and then turning

3. Matthew 26:18 — The Last Supper
He replied, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.’”

Here we see the Law of Action, Jesus was taking the necessary steps to prepare his disciples for what was about to happening, from washing their feet to cleanse and purify them to sharing of bread and wine, the sharing and circulating of God’s substance

4. Matthew 26:36 — The Garden of Gethsemane
Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.”

Here we see the Law of Vibration , the disciples were still vibrating at a low frequency and were unable to stay awake and pray with him also the Law of Correspondence their inner world reflecting in the outer world just earlier they had been arguing who was the greatest amongst them, still ego centric hence they couldn’t stay awake

5. Matthew 26:39 — Jesus Prays in the Garden
Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

Here The Law of Relativity tests Jesus but in the end he says not my will, but thine will be done. Also The Law of gender is at play as he balances doing and being and knowledge and knowing to be able to surrender to his purpose.

6. Matthew 27:1-2 — Jesus Delivered to Pilate
Early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people made their plans how to have Jesus executed. So they bound him, led him away and handed him over to Pilate the governor.

Jesus is so grounded in the Law of Oneness that in spite of the lies, vitriol and torture of the Chief priests he was able to express the law of correspondence so that his inner world of peace and acceptance could be reflected in the outer world of appearance. He could maintain his silence no matter what they said or how they treated him.

7. John 19:6 — The Trial of Jesus Before Pilate
As soon as the chief priests and their officials saw him, they shouted, “Crucify! Crucify!”

The Law of Transmutation and Polarity is seen clearly how the energy of the crowds shifted from hosanna welcoming the King of the Jews to crucify him! That they would rather release Barabas a thief and murderer than Jesus who had healed and fed them the bread of life.

8. Matthew 27:30-31 — Jesus’ Final Steps
They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again. After they had mocked him, they took off the robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him away to crucify him.

The Law of Rhythm we see the cycle of going to one of amazement and his ability to feed 5 thousand and raise Lazarus from the dead to that of hate and wickedness. The two thieves that were crucified with him, representing the past and the future - Jesus representing the I am which is always in the present! Again demonstrating the Law of Oneness, today you shall be with me in Paradise..

9. Luke 23:46 — The Death of Jesus
Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last

Here again the Law of Oneness - the belief and acceptance that He came from God and that to God he was returning - Also the Law of Cause and Effect - The Cause was his belief in that he was the Resurrection and the Life and the effect was that it was so, also the Law of correspondence the time he spent apart allowed him to be able to deal with the betrayal

10. Matthew 27:57-59 — Jesus’ Body
As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus. Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus’ body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth…

John 19:40-41 — Jesus is Buried
Taking Jesus’ body, the two of them wrapped it, with the spices, in strips of linen. This was in accordance with Jewish burial customs. At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid.

Here we see the Law of Compensation - you get as good as you give- for all that Jesus did for others, here finally was someone doing something for him. The disciples had fled and were no where to be seen! Joseph was not concerned with the Pharisees, Sanhedrin also to approach Pilate he embraced the Law of relativity and being tested. The Law Attraction like attracts like - The goodness of Jesus attracted the goodness of Joseph of Arimathea as well as the Law of Vibration the frequency that Joseph was vibrating at that he is always remembered in the Easter Story in a positive light unlike Peter was hiding and denied Jesus and Judas the betrayer who ultimately hung himself.

11. Luke 24:1-6 — The Resurrection
On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen!

The Law of Action by the women as they went prepared to look after the body of Jesus who had already risen. As well as the Law of Gender balancing action with compassion. Mary his Mother, Mary who anointed his feet with oil and wiped them with her hair and tears in preparation for this. Mary who was told to go and inform his disciples that he had risen.
The law of cause and effect demonstrated in clearly demonstrated by Jesus as I firmly believe that if he did not live and demonstrate, love compassion and especially forgiveness He never would’ve had his resurrection. It’s forgiveness which is the greatest liberator that severs all that will tie or bind us to our hurt and pains.

12. Matthew 28:8-10 — Jesus Appears
So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

Here we see the Law of Polarity as the women arrived sorrowful and grieving to now jubilant and joyful. The Law of Transmutation the shift of energy from death to life.
Jesus demonstrated through the three short years of his ministry the twelve laws of the Universe not just in the Holy Week! He told us that he was not the exception and that we would do greater than he did… so this Easter as we commemorate his demonstration of the Law of Oneness with all that is. The Law of Vibration by expressing energetically at the frequency of transcendence. The Law of Action by taking on the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin. The Law of Correspondence going into the silence to prepare himself for what was about to occur. The Law of Attraction and Compensation nothing but good went forth from him attracting those that were right to look after him at his death. The Law Transmutation, shifting through death to life. The Law of Relativity - being tested and not giving in in the Garden of Gethsemane. The Law of Polarity moving from Palm Sunday to Good Friday Experience and the Law of Gender embracing the Masculine and Feminine of it all.

Poem: The Color of Love (Easter) - Robert Hawkins The Hawks Quill

Part 2

Blind is the color of eyes in the crowd,
Hollow hosannas are crying out loud.
Lining both sides of Jerusalem’s street,
Palm branches waving are placed at his feet.
Make way for Jesus!  Our savior — indeed!
Would not a king trade this mule for a steed?
Surely he comes now — his kingdom to claim,
Else all his wonders and signs are in vain.
Such is the color of hope.

Dim is the color of lamps burning bright,
Shadows are dancing to flickering light.
Thirteen young friends eat their supper alone,
One of them speaks — but it cuts to the bone.
Words of betrayal are strongly denied.
Words of confusion that faces can’t hide.
What does he mean he’ll be broken like bread?
Where is he going and what lies ahead?
Such is the color of doubt.

Pain is the color that tears into flesh,
Metal bits tied to the thongs of the lash.
Soldiers, in jest, make him richly adorned,
Giving a robe and a crown made of thorns.
Those who had cheered him a few days before,
Now shout his sentence too loud to ignore.
Driving long spikes through his hands and his feet,
Watching him die in the afternoon heat.
Such is the color of cruel.

Grace is the color that bleeds from his side,
There on the cross with his arms open wide.
Blood, sweat and tears in his eyes sting with pain.
Slowly his shoulders grow numb from their strain.
Gasping for air as the sun burns his face,
Asking for water — if only a trace.
Born for this moment — to breathe this last breath,
Dying to conquer the power of death.
Such is the color of love.

Science of Mind Reading

Meditation

I come that they might have life. JOHN 10:10 Three deep breaths…

Let us have our Easter Experience and take a moment to remember the times we felt betrayed, let down, disappointed by how others treated us or fail to treat us, the times we let ourselves down in thought word or belief about ourselves or another. Nail it all to the cross, allow it to be nailed there and practice what Jesus demonstrated Forgiveness - without the ability to forgive he never would have resurrected.

Now bury in the tomb all your perceived shortcomings, all the negative thoughts and beliefs you’ve erroneously held or believed about yourself or others and allow them to be transmuted to that which the Spirit of God in you knows you to be.

Affirm: I turn toward the sun of eternal Life, the spiritual sun that cannot set and forever rises on the horizon of my own experience. Definitely and deliberately, I let go of every lost hope, every fear of want, every sense of lack, every hurt, because today I leave the tomb of doubt and enter the sanctuary of certainty.
I roll away the stone of uncertainty from my consciousness; I find the resurrected, the Divine, and God-intended perfection and wholeness.
I let go of every belief that I am lost or forlorn, because I know that the doorway from that tomb leads me away from all morbid thought.
I am standing forevermore in the glory of an everlasting protection of the One Presence. I let go of all disease and disharmony.
They slip back into the tomb of oblivion, for the spiritual body now rises triumphant in every cell; I am instantly renewed by the creative principle of eternal Life that is within me. I am alive and aware, and I know that the kingdom of God is here and is within me this moment. Thou art the center and circumference of my life, the beginningless and endless part of me, the eternal Reality of me, the everlasting Power within me. Thou art my whole being.
Holmes, Ernest. 365 Science of Mind 1/4 (p. 196).

Rumination

Be certain that in the religion of Love there are no believers and unbelievers. LOVE embraces all.
Rumi

Benediction

Mother Father God, as we celebrate the resurrection of the risen Christ, let us follow his example as He embraced the 12 laws of the Universe and express and embody the Oneness He demonstrated.
Let us vibrate at the frequency of love and forgiveness so that we can rise out of the tomb of worry, despair and defeat!
Let us have faith to take the right and necessary action when required. Show us that as we spend time in the silence we allow our Spirit to correspond with yours. Let us express from our Higher nature so that nothing but good goes from us and nothing but Love is attracted to us. Let us be cognisant of our thoughts and beliefs as cause and effect will always reflects exactly what we’ve been holding in consciousness. Let us practice kindness and compassion knowing that law of compensation rewards accordingly. Let us accept that life is continuously changing and accept the law of transmutation and that the law of relativity will continuously test us. Touch our hearts to remember we’ll encounter life cycles through the law of rhythm and that we can experience the swing of the pendulum from good to bad in the law of polarity and that ultimately we must learn to embrace both the masculine and feminine in all our ways of being.
This Easter Sunday accept our sincerest gratitude and commitment to be a worthy conduit for your Spirit to express through as we resurrect our Christ consciousness.

Song: Risen King by Olly Knight

Good Friday - At-one-ment through the blood of Christ

Good Friday - At-one-ment through the blood of Christ

But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means
— 1 Corinthians 2:14

The atonement as it has been understood by Christian people in the past has not taken sin, suffering, and death from the world; therefore it must be that their understanding has fallen short of the Truth. Spiritual understanding of the atonement shows the way to deliverance from sin and consequently from all the effects of sin.

God never demanded Jesus to be a blood sacrifice to “atone” for our sin-drenched humanity. Sin is to miss the mark is a departure from the law of our being. The command of God to man is, "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." The creatures of land and sea represent states of mind and they all are contained in the consciousness of every man. Any failure on our part to exercise this dominion is a falling short, or a "sin."

Metaphysical meaning of
atonement- or atone-ment--that Jesus Christ reestablished between God and man, we can regain our original estate as sons of God, It’s a Reconciliation between God and man through Christ, the uniting of our consciousness with the higher consciousness . Jesus became the way by which all who accept Him may "pass over" to the higher consciousness. We have atonement through Him. the lifting up of the whole man--spirit, soul, and body--into the Christ consciousness of oneness with the Father. By means of the atonement--reconciliation.

We have been taught by the church that Jesus died for us—as an atonement for our sins. By human sense this belief has been materialized into a flesh-and-blood process, in which the death of the body on the cross played the important part. Herein has the sense consciousness led the church astray. That spiritual things must be spiritually discerned seems to have escaped the notice of the church in forming its scheme of atonement. At the root of the church's teaching is Truth; Jesus of Nazareth played an important part in opening the way for every one of us into the Father's kingdom. However, that way was not through His death on the cross, but through His overcoming death. "I am the resurrection and the life."

Blood of Jesus

That which represents the principle of eternal life. Jesus raised the life activity of His blood and revealed its spiritual potency. In this respect it became part of the spiritual life of the race and is thus accessible to all persons. It is after this manner that we drink His blood. "Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have not life in yourselves"
(John 6:53).

For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul. Leviticus 17:11

Blood of Christ

The life contained in God's Word. Therefore, it is spiritual energy that purifies and redeems man by pouring into his life currents a new and purer stream. This divine energy cleanses the consciousness of dead works to enable man to serve the living God.

What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Oh! precious is the flow
That makes me white as snow;
No other fount I know,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Sacred Text

On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, when it was customary to sacrifice the Passover lamb, Jesus’ disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and make preparations for you to eat the Passover?”
Mark 14:12 - 24

13 So he sent two of his disciples, telling them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him. 14 Say to the owner of the house he enters, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is my guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ 15 He will show you a large room upstairs, furnished and ready. Make preparations for us there.”
16 The disciples left, went into the city and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover.
17 When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve. 18 While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.”
19 They were saddened, and one by one they said to him, “Surely you don’t mean me?”
20 “It is one of the Twelve,” he replied, “one who dips bread into the bowl with me. 21 The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born.”
22 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take it; this is my body.”
23 Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, and they all drank from it.
24 “This is my blood of the[c] covenant, which is poured out for many,” he said to them.

1. Passover

When the Jews were escaping from Egypt a lamb was killed it’s blood used to mark the doors so that the Angel of Death would pass over and not kill the first born child.

This is to passover from a lower to a higher consciousness
during the feast, thanksgiving and blessing are expressed, and psalms are sung. All these expressions aid in ushering in spiritual consciousness, inasmuch as they make the mind receptive to Truth.

2. Bread represents Divine Ideas and the Wine the circulation of Spiritual ideas which we allow to circulate unhindered within us

The “bread” Jesus used is symbolic of this omnipresent substance of God.

It is the very essence out of which all things are formed, including my body and your body. It is our thought and feeling, our beliefs that give it form. This is why Jesus said, “If you can believe, all things are possible.” Any form is possible.

The “wine” is symbolic of the nature of substance to be quickened or activated on various levels. ( Cosmic vitality) Life is omnipresent. It is active in various degrees. This one substance/life essence is very responsive to our thought about it. Thought as used here means feeling and belief.
Although this substance/life essence is unlimited in nature, it can take on the appearance of limitation because of our thought about it. Beliefs such as age, degeneration, wear and tear from use, and germs all have their influence upon the formation of substance, not upon its pure essence, but only on the form.
Our conscious mind is so identified with formed substance that we fail to realise its unlimited character.

Jesus said, “Eat my body and drink my blood.”
What Jesus is saying is symbolic: to eat is to appropriate in consciousness true ideas about the nature of substance/life. It is to think on a high level of truth about it. To contemplate, consider, and accept ideas of truth is to eat His body.
For example, when I think about my body as being formed of God’s pure and perfect substance, I am eating His body; that is, I am thinking the truth about it. I am doing more than just thinking about the form or the shape; I am thinking about the essence of it and that essence is perfect. It has nothing to do with cells, genes, or heredity for none of these things can affect the form unless I believe in consciousness that they do. When I think the truth about substance/life I am helping myself to experience better health.

What is the new covenant? The new covenant, or ultimate promise of God, is that of spiritual freedom through Christ.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 14:6

Luke 22: 24 -27
A dispute also arose among them as to which of them was considered to be greatest. 25 Jesus said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who exercise authority over them call themselves Benefactors. 26 But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves. 27 For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves

John 13: 2- 8
The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him.
He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?”
Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”
“No,” said Peter, “you shall never wash my feet.”
Jesus answered, “Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.”

26 When they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

3. When he sat at the last supper, there was contention among his disciples as to who should occupy first place at the table.

Spiritual consciousness puts to a common level all men and things. In the sight of God there is no great and no small. The Principle of Life supplies the dirty, lazy tramp as fully and freely as it does the most cultured lady. Those who “put on Christ” must do away with rank and file. The title of God in the heart makes man love and serve his enemies with the same service that he gives to his friends. Jesus washed the feet of each of his disciples, including Judas. God is no respecter of persons.

4. The feet are the most willing and patient servants of the body.

They go all day at the bidding of the mind, and upon them rests the burden of the thought of materiality. The more we believe in matter the greater the burden laid upon the feet, and the more tired they become. The denial of materiality is illustrated in the washing by Jesus of the feet. Even Peter, Spiritual Faith, must be cleansed of his belief in the reality of material conditions. It seems a menial thing to wash feet, but Jesus taught and exemplified the willingness of Divine Love to serve in this humble way, that man may be redeemed from the pride of the flesh.

Jesus is shown as having prayed almost continually. What has prayer to do with transmutation? Through prayer man makes contact with Spirit and sets the currents of life flowing from the mortal to the immortal. “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up.”

We can readily see how a whole race might be caught in the meshes of its own thought emanations and, through this drowsy ignorance of the man ego, remain there throughout eternity, unless a break were made in the structure and the light of a higher way let in. This is exactly what has happened to our race. In our journey back to the Father's house we became lost in our own thought emanations, and Jesus Christ broke through the crystallized thought strata and opened the way for all those who will follow Him.

It was the work of Jesus to establish in our race consciousness a spiritual center with which everyone might become associated mentally, regardless of geographical location. He said to His disciples, "I go to prepare a place for you . . . that where I am, there ye may be also." That place is a state of consciousness right here in our midst, and we can at any time connect ourselves with it by centering our minds upon Jesus and silently asking His help in our demonstrations

The process of Jesus' evolving from sense to soul was first a recognition of the spiritual selfhood and a constant affirmation of its supremacy and power. Jesus loved to make the highest statements: "I and the Father are one." "All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth." He made these statements before the Resurrection, so we know that He was not fully conscious of their reality. But by the power of His word He brought about the realization.

Meditation

Father, glorify thou me.
John 17:5.

Today is a day of overcoming, my Good Friday.
Does it seem that I have come to a Good Friday in my life? I remember that out of Good Friday came the Resurrection. I remember that Good Friday was not the end of hope but the triumph of life over death.

Affirm:Today I hold fast. I believe in God, I believe in the ultimate good, I believe in the resurrecting spirit in me.
Today I look beyond appearances. I fearlessly face that which seems to be. I know that God will see me through, that Gods overcoming power is mighty in the midst of me.
Today is a day to forgive, a day to release old hurts and bitterness, a day to let love flow through my heart, cleansing my consciousness, setting me free.
Today I am strong and courageous, today I have dauntless faith. I know that the night is passing, that the day is at hand.
Today is a day of overcoming, my Good Friday.

Closing Benediction: A Prayer by Ted Loder

Holy one,
shock and save me with the terrible goodness of this Friday,
and drive me deep into my longing for your kingdom
until I seek it first –
yet not first for myself,
but for the hungry
and the sick
and the poor of your children,
for prisoners of conscience around the world,
for those I have wasted
with my racism
and sexism
and ageism
and nationalism
and religionism,
for those around mother earth and in this city
who, this Friday, know far more of terror than of goodness;
that in my seeking for the kingdom,
for them as well as for myself,
all these things may be mine as well:
things like a coat and courage
and something like comfort,
a few lilies in the field,
the sight of birds soaring on the wind,
a song in the night,
and gladness of heart,
the sense of your presence
and the realization of your promise
that nothing in life or death
will be able to separate me or those I love,
from our love
in the crucified one who is our Lord
and in whose name and Spirit I pray.

The 12th Law of the Universe: The Law of Gender - All things have masculine and feminine components - Palm Sunday

The 12th Law of the Universe: The Law of Gender - All things have masculine and feminine components - Palm Sunday

“Every man has a feminine side, and every woman a masculine side. It is important to use discipline with intuition, and to use intuition with objectivity.”
Paulo Coelho

The union of feminine and masculine energy is within the individual is the basis of all creation.
Shakti Gawain

The law of gender manifests in all things as masculine and feminine. It is this law that governs what we know as creation. The law of gender manifests in the animal kingdom as sex. This law decrees everything in nature is both male and female. Both are required for life to exist.

The Law of Gender is a representation of the two opposing types of energy—one that nurtures and one that drives.

A complete human being is in equilibrium between the masculine and the feminine.
— Sadhguru

Masculine energy is characterized by DOING and achieving and is molded by logic and reason. The feminine is more intuitive, oriented towards receiving and allowing, and characterized by BEING.

Masculine energy is based in knowledge; It is application, action, logic, practicality, stability, willpower, focus, drive, clarity, and goal-oriented. If you are a natural leader, a problem solver, have big dreams, consider yourself highly motivated and driven, and enjoy stepping up in a crisis, you're probably tapping into your masculine energy in a healthy way.

Feminine Energy is based on knowing; It is intuition, creativity, passion, nurturing, authentic, connection, open, flowing, dynamic, and perceptive. If you consider yourself an empath, wise, pensive, or feel like an "introverted" extrovert, it's likely because you're tapping into your feminine energy in a healthy way. When you're at your most powerful, you feel safe and vulnerability and can make others feel so supported and seen by you. You light up the room.

Poem

Astride the colt and claimed as King
that Sunday morning in the spring,
he passed a thornbush flowering red
that one would plait to crown his head.
He passed a vineyard where the wine
was grown for men of royal line
and where the dregs were also brewed
into a gall for Calvary’s rood. |
A purple robe was cast his way,
then caught and kept until that day
when, with its use, a trial would be
profaned into a mockery.
His entourage was forced to wait
to let a timber through the gate,
a shaft that all there might have known
would be an altar and a throne.

Story PALM SUNDAY:

He and His disciples then walk on Sunday from Bethany to Bethphage, just outside Bethany at the Mount of Olives.  Bethphage means a place in consciousness where grace is realized.  That makes sense to me, Grace was certainly realized at the Mount of Olives.
He sends two Apostles to find a colt, a donkey for him to arrive in Jerusalem.  The donkey represents meekness, stubbornness, persistency and endurance. Do these characteristic sound like Jesus’ personality traits?
Of course they do.  He has done as much as possible to fulfill the prophet Zechariah’s declaration, found in the Hebrew Bible.
To ride a donkey and make them obedient represents control over will. Remember, in Genesis and the creation story, we all were given dominion over all the animals, fish and birds, meaning over every kind of thought.
So Jesus is again taking dominion over thoughts by riding the donkey.  Our Christ consciousness ruling our “animal” or physical self.
Laying the Palms on the road signifies unlimited resource of strength.  The road is paved with strength.
One would need strength to move forward to the confrontation ahead.
And the people shouted and praised Him, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.”
Even the praise bestowed onto Jesus means something, hosanna, means ‘save now’.
In today’s metaphysical terms; ‘This is the supreme I AM (Jesus) stating the law of Spirit in the development of life action.’
Or over coming every day troubles and entering Jerusalem, a place of peace by controlling our thoughts.

And do you recall that at the other end of the city, Pontius Pilate was entering from the west while Jesus entered from the east.  And Pilate had his armored troops and his fine horse.  Everyone complete with their armor and swords.  A show of force in preparation for Passover celebrations.
Compared to Jesus’ humble entry at the other end, Pilate was like a King of the material world.  Showing force in place of love, wisdom, and compassion.
Metaphysically—what Jesus “acts out” in his own entry to the city—is that great spiritual power does not need tangible physical expression, no fine horses or clothes, no strength in legions of troops.
Like Jesus, our own spiritual power is not of this world. It lies in—and expresses through—a quiet grace, a loving Presence. If we are truly centered in our Christ energy, the world around us will recognize its gentle power, and respond.

Meditation

Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.”
John 12:13

Affirm: The Christ within is my light, my strength, and my support.

On this Palm Sunday, I honour the Christ. The Christ within is my light, my strength, and my support. As I live from that light, strength, and support, I live a life without fear, —a life of love, a life of peace.
On this day of sacred celebration, the Christ within beckons me to step fully into the light. This light so brilliantly reveals to me my true, divine nature. I have within me the power to rise above any tribulation, the wisdom to navigate through any challenge, and the courage to overcome any fear.
This day reminds us to honour the Christ not only within myself but also within one another and within all of my experiences.
The Christ is in all and through all our hope of glory.

That we enter into the spiritual consciousness of peace that is Jerusalem in us.
Help us to dominate our animal nature so as to allow our Spiritual Divine Self to come to the fore and shine through.
May Your Spirit guide and illuminate us through out this Holy Week and fill our hearts with your peace.

The 11th Law of the Universe: The Law of polarity - Everything in the universe has an opposite

The 11th Law of the Universe: The Law of polarity - Everything in the universe has an opposite

"Don’t avoid extremes, and don’t choose any one extreme. Remain available to both the polarities - that is the art, the secret of balancing."
Rajneesh

“But there is no energy unless there is a tension of opposites; hence it is necessary to discover the opposite to the attitude of the conscious mind."
C.G. Jung

“Life is possible only through challenges. Life is possible only when you have both good weather and bad weather, when you have both pleasure and pain, when you have both winter and summer, day and night. When you have both sadness and happiness, discomfort and comfort. Life moves between these two polarities. Moving between these two polarities you learn how to balance. Between these two wings you learn how to fly to the farthest star.”
Rajneesh

People desire to separate their worlds into polarities of dark and light, ugly and beautiful, good and evil, right and wrong, inside and outside. Polarities serve us in our learning and growth, but as souls we are all.
— Joy Page

The Law of Polarity states that there is an opposite for everything in our world; this is necessary for balance within our Universe. Everything has a duality and a built-in opposite that cannot exist without the other. If one side (of anything) has the potential to exist, by the law of polarity, the opposite expression has to exist also.

Polarity is having positive and negative that attracts each other, complementary forces that work together to create a balance. An example is Light and dark. There can’t be light without darkness, and darkness was created so that Source could know Its Light. This is true for any polarity, and they were conceived so that Source, or God, could experience more of Itself.

Polarity is not to be confused with duality, which is positive and negative forces that conflict with each other and divide. Examples are right and wrong or good and evil, in other words, when we judge something, we create conflict. Polarity balanced Duality conflicts divides.

Paradoxically, these opposing and separate sides are also a part of the same, because together, they make up the whole. A pole cannot exist in a vacuum, it must create a full circuit. This is the beauty of the Law of Polarity, opposite and the same.

The polar ends are both extremes of the same continuum. They're just as alike as they are different. In fact, it is often said that love and hate are similar emotions. This is a perfect example of the Law of Polarity and a great explanation as to why love can often turn to hate, and hate can so closely resemble love. Same spectrum, opposite ends, easy to flip between.

Think of a coin. There are two opposing sides that appear separate, but they’re two sides of the same object and they’re inseparable. While you might flip a coin and get heads, there is always the potential that you could have gotten tails—that’s the Law of Polarity. The potential for the opposite at all times.

You cannot have one side of the continuum without the existence and potential for the opposite end. If there is a positive, there HAS to be potential for a negative. You can’t have black without white, birth without death, light without dark, happy without sad, healthy without illness, good without bad, etc.

Everything is on a continuum and has and opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.

To tie this law in with the previous episode, if the Law of Rhythm is a pendulum, then the Law of Polarity is the furthest right and left point that the pendulum reaches. These two laws are closely related; Everything we experience in our world is cyclical and within balance because of these two laws working together.

A flood means danger for people, but a chance for plants to spread their seeds farther. A forest fire can mean death for animals and people, but it creates really fertile soil for future growth. The death of a loved one can be traumatic for you, and inspire someone else to live their life more fully, even an asteroid hitting earth was bad for the dinosaurs and good for humans.

Sacred Text

Even the darkness is not dark to you; the night is bright as the day, for darkness is as light with you.
Psalm 139:12

I create light and darkness, I, the LORD, do all this.
Isaiah 45:7

Everything has its “that”, everything has it “this”. From the point of view of “that” you cannot see it, but through understanding you can know it. So I say, “that” comes out of “this” and “this” depends on “that” which is to say “this” and that” gave birth to each other. But where there is birth there must be death; where there is death there must be birth. Where there is acceptability there muse be unacceptability; where there is unacceptability there must be acceptability. Where there is recognition of right there must be recognition of wrong; where there is recognition of wrong there must be recognition of right. Therefore the sage does not proceed in such a way, but illuminates all in the light of Heaven. He too recognises a”this”. But a this which is all a “that”; a “that” that is also a “this. His “that” also has both a right and wrong in it. So, in fact , does he still have a :this: and “that”? Or in fact does he no longer have a “this” and “that”? A state in which “this” and “that” no longer find their opposites is called the Hinge of the Way When the wings is fitted into the socket, to can respond endlessly. Taoism Chuang Tsu 2

The Universe does not perceive good or bad, this is entirely a human concept. The Universe operates in the world of “is” or “is not”. It is 100% neutral. This means the Universe also doesn’t perceive polarities like “hard” or “easy”, so that means there isn’t anything I can’t manifest easily as long as I don’t decide it has to be hard! I know... exciting!

“Good” and “bad” are human concepts with no meaning to nature. The Law of Polarity embodies this neutrality, this simplicity—it’s just the expression of two ends.

It says in the Bhagavad-Gita, "God is Above the Opposites". By always placing the All-Powerful, All-Knowing Great Spirit or Absolute of which your True Self is a Divine Spark, behind everything you say and do, and by endeavouring to focus on the positive even when things appear not to be going your way, while also avoiding the extremes, then in time, you will come to master the Law of Polarity.
Moreover, by refusing to label anything as 'good' or 'bad' be it a desire, person, thought, thing or circumstance, you prevent yourself from becoming attached to either side. And when you are not attached to either side of the opposites, you can see them for what they are—different expressions of the same thing; and so you can start to transcend this Law of Polarity.

Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.
The Kybalion

How to apply this:
There are many situations in our lives that we automatically classify as “good” or “bad”.
Losing a job, getting into a car accident, breaking up with your partner, Losing your job, loosing money is not bad necessarily it could be the best thing that ever happened to you because it allows you to get a new job or start your own company.
Using this universal law of polarity, you’re able to transmute “bad” into “good” and “negative” into “positive”. There is great power in this and it’s not something to be taken lightly.
You can actively change the polarity of what you are experiencing into something else that you desire. Think about what is lacking or you are struggling within in your life at present and then visualize it moving to the other end of the scale.
So for example, with mental focus you can transform poverty into prosperity, fear into courage, sluggishness into vitality, and failure into success.

Story

I’ve been living with cancer for over a decade, and it has taught me so much about taking care of myself and living my life to the fullest. On Valentine’s Day in 2003, I was diagnosed with a rare and incurable (yet thankfully slow-growing) stage IV cancer. This WTF moment sparked a deep desire in me to stop holding back and start participating in my well-being. Though I can’t be cured, I can still be healthy — I can still feel better, love harder and have a more joyful life. So I hit the road on a self-care pilgrimage and haven’t looked back. More than a decade later, my life is more connected and magical than it was before my diagnosis. Although I still have cancer, I am healthy, and I run a mission-driven business that serves my community and makes me feel profoundly grateful each and every day. If I can pull that off, just imagine what YOU can do.
Through my books and film, my journey has resonated with thousands of health, spiritual wealth, and happiness seekers. Patients and folks interested in prevention (aka feeling awesome) have hopped on the Crazy Sexy bandwagon to learn how to better care for their minds, bodies and spirits. Even the lovely Oprah is excited about my wellness revolution.
It taught me how to listen to my brilliant inner guide. It brought me back to nature (my church) and the garden and my kitchen (my pharmacies) as well as connecting me more deeply with the people and animals (compassion rocks) who set my heart ablaze.
While there’s currently no cure for my slow-growing cancer, that doesn’t mean that I’m not a huge fan of Western medicine. I believe in it deeply. Personally, I have an oncologist who I adore and who continues to monitor my condition. If my disease were to become aggressive or if effective, proven treatment options became available, I’d absolutely consider them. I believe in a balanced approach to healing, and I want to see a world where doctors and patients embrace intelligent medicine as well as healthy lifestyle practices. Disease isn’t an either–or situation, and neither is health. Be the bridge. Seek the bridge.

Meditation

My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.
JOB 27:4

Affirm: I realize that I am formed in the spiritual image and likeness of God and that it is the desire of God to be manifested and expressed through me always. I know, too, that my spiritual body is now perfect, capable of perfect expression at all times—perfect expression of love, peace, poise, confidence, assurance, and power. Now that I realize my true nature, every negative thought has left me. I have no fear, no dread, no feeling of inferiority, no feeling of tension. Every cell, tissue, organ, and function in my body is in complete harmony. Only good can be manifested through me. I love everyone and know that everyone loves me and is interested in me and in the work I am doing. I go about my work with ease and relaxation. I work quietly, without strain. My nerves are strong, quick, steady, with abundant reserve power for any emergency. All the Power of God is surging about me and through me in perfect peace and harmony. Perfect assurance is mine.

Benediction: EARTH DANCE

Based on the Lord’s Prayer published in Minnesota Women’s Press, December 1999

Our mother, which art the earth,
Nurturing are thy ways.
Thy web of life be woven
Thy way be found within,
As it is all around.
Thank you this day for our daily bread and sweat
and forgive us our misuse of you,
as we forgive others their misuse of us.
And lead us not into exploitation,
But deliver us
From lording it over you,
And over each other,
And over all our other fellow creatures.
For thine are the waters of life,
The hills, valleys and plains of home,
The breeding, seeding, feeding ground, ?
For now, and for as close to forever
As we will ever come.
Ah, woman!

The 10th Law of the Universe: The Law of Rhythm - everything goes through cycles/rhythm/pattern - Mother’s Day

The 10th Law of the Universe: The Law of Rhythm - everything goes through cycles/rhythm/pattern - Mother’s Day

The Law of Rhythm states that everything is cyclical and change is always around the corner. This law is the process of moving in and out of various phases in life, or experiencing seasons of change.

If the Law of Relativity represents the need to be challenged, then the Law of Rhythm is the timing of when these challenges phase in and out of our lives.

It demonstrates the beautiful orchestration of the world around us as we dance through life, fading in and out of various seasons. From the rhythm of our breath circulating in and out, to the seasons changing, world economies peaking and collapsing, a woman’s monthly cycle, waves crashing in and pulling out… Our world is in constant state of movement, ebbing and flowing through various states.

Everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms.. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. Each cycle reflects the regularity of God's Universe. Masters know how to rise above negative parts of a cycle by never getting to excited or allowing negative things to penetrate their consciousness.

We are all already masters of rhythms, negotiating cycles like the one above many times a day. Internally, our bodies are massively complex sets of interrelated rhythms. Our breathing, heart-beat, sleep, nerve impulses, hormonal changes – in fact, every imaginable bodily system – dances to a beat and melody.

The ‘big body’ of the universe moves in similar rhythms; the movement of everything – from atoms to season to planets – is not just flowing, but pulsing.

Everything is waxing and waning; the universe is tidal. George Leonard describes this eloquently in his book The Silent Pulse: “At the heart of each of us, whatever our imperfections, there exists a silent pulse of perfect rhythm, a complex of wave forms and resonances, which is absolutely individual and unique, and yet which connects us to everything in the universe.”

“The rhythm of life runs in cycles. There are times in the darkness and times in the light. The energy of life is like the rain forest in Borneo. Things live, grow, die, fall to the forest floor, rot and then they are born again-Olympia Dukakis”

Nothing stands still - everything is being born, growing, dying - the very instant a thing reaches its height, it begins to decline - the law of rhythm is in constant operations.” Three Initiates

Sacred Text

To EVERYTHING there is a SEASON, and a TIME for every matter or purpose under heaven: A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted, A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up, A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, A time to get and a time to lose, a time to keep and a time to cast away, A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak, A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
Daniel 2:21

He made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down.
Psalm 104:19

When the sun goes, the moon comes: the the moon goes the sun comes. Sun and moon alternate; thus light comes into existence . When cold goes, heat comes, when heat goes, cold comes. Cold and heat alternate, and thus the year completes itself. The past contracts. The future expands. Contraction and expansion act upon each other, hereby arises that which furthers.
Confucianism. I Ching Great Commentary 2.5.2-3

Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates
— The Kybalion

This Principle embodies the truth that in everything there is manifested a measured motion, to and fro; a flow and inflow; a swing backward and forward; a pendulum-like movement; a tide-like ebb and flow; a high-tide and low-tide; between the two poles which exist in accordance with the Principle of Polarity.
There is always an action and a reaction; an advance and a retreat a rising and a sinking. This is in the affairs of the Universe, suns, worlds, men, animals, mind, energy, and matter. This law is manifest in the creation and destruction of worlds; in the rise and fall of nations; in the life of all things; and finally in the mental states of Man.
The Hermetists have grasped this Principle, finding its universal application, and have also discovered certain means to overcome its effects in themselves by the use of the appropriate formulas and methods. They apply the Mental Law of Neutralization. They cannot annul the Principle, or Cause it to cease its operation, but they have learned how to escape its effects upon themselves to a certain degree depending upon the Mastery of the Principle.

They have learned how to USE it, instead of being USED BY it. In this and similar methods, consist the Art of the Hermetists. The Master of Hermetics polarizes himself at the point at which he desires to rest, and then neutralizes the Rhythmic swing of the pendulum which would tend to carry him to the other pole.

No surprise here, this also shows up again in Vedic and Indian philosophy many times.

How to apply this:

Hermetic philosophy states that a person will experience a certain amount of “pain” or “pleasure” in proportion to the degree that the other has been experienced.

This is why you should go through the pain of discipline so you don’t have to go through the pain of regret. Honest effort rarely goes unpaid.
The person who uses the principle of rhythm to their advantage will be the master of life rather than an unwilling participant to the shifting tides of life.

Working With the Law of Rhythm

To work with rather than against the swing of the pendulum, you must become aware of the subtle start of the backward movement in any of your endeavours whether it be to improve your health, finances, relationships or any goal you may set in motion. When you feel the Law start to draw you back do not become fearful or discouraged. Instead, remember that you are one with the All-Powerful Absolute for which nothing is impossible, keep your thoughts focused on your desired outcome and remain positive no matter how far back this transitory Law pulls you. Even if your efforts meet with failure, find comfort that by virtue of this very same Law, the upward motion must start again.

Rising Above the Law of Rhythm

You can rise above the Law of Rhythm in your inner world and hence also in your outer world by avoiding the extremes so that the pendulum has nothing to correct. This does not mean to strive for mediocrity and nor does it mean to not care for anything or anyone. Rather, it means to seek balance because balance is in fact what this Law seeks. When for instance you experience mental extremes on both sides of the spectrum, be they in the way of fear, panic, over-excitement or a sense of obsession or attachment, seek to calm your mind so that your thoughts, emotions, words and actions that follow are not extreme.

In this way, the swing to the one side will be so measured, that the swing to the other side will be unnoticeable. Extremes are relative and what is extreme for one person may be measured for another and vice versa. You can only gauge if what you're thinking, feeling or doing is extreme and the criterion, according to Pythagoras, is whether it's hurting or harming you—your present or future self.

And just like the moon,
you shall go through phases
of light
of dark
and of everything in between.
And though
you may not always appear
with the same brightness,
you are always
always
whole.

Poem: A Mother's Love

There are times when only a mother's love
Can understand our tears,
Can soothe our disappoints
And calm all of our fears.
There are times when only a mother's love
Can share the joy we feel
When something we've dreamed about
Quite suddenly is real.
There are times when only a mother's faith
Can help us on life's way
And inspire in us the confidence
We need from day to day.
For a mother's heart and a mother's faith
And a mother's steadfast love
Were fashioned by the angels
And sent from God above.

Story: A Parable of Motherhood

A young mother set her foot on the path of life. "Is the way long?" she asked, and her guide said: "Yes, and the way is hard, and you will be old before you reach the end of it. But the end will be better than the beginning."
But the mother was happy, and she would not believe that anything could be better than those years. So she played with her children and gathered flowers for them along the road, and bathed with her children in the clear stream, and the sun shone on them, and life was good, and the young mother cried; "Nothing will ever be better than this".
Then night came, and storm, and the path was dark, and the children shook with fear and cold, and the mother drew them close and covered them with her mantle and the children said, "Oh, Mother, we are not afraid for you are near, and no harm can come." And the mother said: "This is better than the brightness of days, for I have taught my children courage."
And the morning came, and there was a hill ahead, and the children climbed and grew weary, but at all times she said to the children, "A little patience and we are there." So the children climbed, and when they reached the top, they said, "We could never have done this without you, Mother." And the mother, when she laid down that night, looked up to the stars and said, "This is a better day than the last, for my children have learned fortitude in the face of hardness. Yesterday I gave them courage, today I have given them strength."
And the next day came strange clouds which darkened the earth, clouds of war and hate and evil - and the children groped and stumbled, and the mother said: "Look up! Lift your head to the light." And the children looked and saw above the clouds an everlasting Glory, and it guided them and brought them beyond the darkness. And that night the mother said, "This is the best day of all, for I have shown my children God."
And the days went on, and the weeks and the months and the years, and the mother grew old and suffered and was little and bent. But her children were tall and strong and walked with courage. And when the way was rough, they lifted her, for she was light as a feather; and at last they came to a hill, and beyond the hill they could see a shining road and the golden gates swung wide. And the mother said, "I have reached the end of my journey. And now I know that the end is better than the beginning, for my children can walk alone, and their children after them."
And the children said: "You will always walk with us, Mother, even when you have gone through the gates."
And they looked and watched her as she went alone, and the gates closed after her. And they said: "We cannot see her, but she is with us. A mother like ours is more than a memory. She is a living presence.”

Meditation

In the Lord put I my trust. PSALM 11:1 The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand, and is within me.

AFFIRM: I am in constant contact with the indwelling Spirit. I am renewed, guided, and led, hour by hour, by the Almighty Power of Omnipresent Love. I keep my vision focused on the Indwelling Harmony. I contemplate Perfection within me. Perfection manifests in my outer life. There is One Life in and through all. I consciously unify myself with my Source in Spirit. I look within and behold the Presence of God. This Presence of God, which is the Perfection within me, reflects Itself as perfection in my experience. I manifest that which I am. I am perfect in every part and harmonious in every action. All power is given unto me from On High. Knowing this, I am strong with the strength of the all-vitalizing power of the Universe. I am sustained and healed by a divine stream of Spirit-Energy, which flows through me as radiant health and vitality. Every cell of my being responds to this spiritual flow. I stand revealed as the perfect child of the perfect Father.

Prayer

To the Moms Who Are

To the Moms who are struggling, to those filled with incandescent joy.
To the Moms who are remembering children who have died, and pregnancies that miscarried.
To the Moms who decided other parents were the best choice for their babies, to the Moms who adopted those kids and loved them fierce.
To those experiencing frustration or desperation in infertility.
To those who knew they never wanted kids, and the ways they have contributed to our shared world.
To those who mothered colleagues, mentees, neighborhood kids, and anyone who needed it.
To those remembering Moms no longer with us.
To those moving forward from Moms who did not show love, or hurt those they should have cared for.
Today is a day to honor the unyielding love and care for others we call 'Motherhood,' wherever we have found it and in whatever ways we have found to cultivate it within ourselves.

The 9th Law of the Universe: the Law of Relativity

The 9th Law of the Universe: the Law of Relativity

Every individual is tested by the Universe with challenges that when met, faced and overcome produces or is exchanged for a higher vibration.

The universal law of relativity is about everything being relative to something else, and that you cannot ascribe meaning to something until you compare it with another thing. You cannot label a man a man until you have seen a woman. You cannot label an experience as sad unless you have experienced happiness. It is all relative.

In terms of relativity, there is always another person in a worse off situation than yourself. When you relate your situation to someone else’s, you can feel much better and everything is put into a clearer and more whole perspective.

From a higher standpoint, this principle is showing us that how we view an experience can be changed or adjusted. It is all a matter of perception.

On a higher level, this law shows us that life is a series of trials, tests and initiations. We must walk through the gateways of obstacles, challenges and hindrances in order to both experience and master our path. This is all a part of our human and soul’s journey, growth and development. It is the difficulties in life that test our character, and inner fortitude. Enduring a series of trials and tribulations allows us to cultivate strength, endurance and wisdom.

Each person will receive as series of problems (Tests of Initiation/Lessons) for the purpose of strengthening the light within each of these tests/lessons to be a challenge and remain connected to our hearts when proceeding to solve the problems. This law also teaches us to compare our problems to others problem into its proper perspective. No matter how bad we perceive our situation to be, There is always someone who is in a worse position. Its all relative.

The Law of Relativity states that every person will experience challenges as an opportunity for growth, to strengthen our characters.

This unpopular law states that at multiple points throughout your life, you will have an experience that will test you. It might test your character, integrity, kindness, honesty, stamina, values, it can come from anywhere to test an issue that you either to need to master or heal in this lifetime.

“In the moment we’re born, we’re drawn to form a union with others. An abiding drive to connect, to love, to belong. In a perfect union, we find the strength we cannot find in ourselves. But the strength of the union cannot be known until it is tested.”
Emily Thorne

Difficulties are meant to rouse, not discourage. The human spirit is to grow strong by conflict.

1. A Test of Patience

Trials and tribulation can be a test of patience. The Lord has a timing for fulfilling His plans and purposes. Often His plans take much longer than we expect. In the meantime we go through severe trials and tribulations and they seem to last forever.
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces [a]patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be [b]perfect and complete, lacking nothing. James 1:2-4

2. A Test of Faith

Trials can be a test of our faith. Do we believe in God even in the midst of pain and suffering? Do we believe in the promises of God even when everything looks impossible?
And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. Hebrews 11:6

3. A Test of Love

Trials can test our love. They can reveal whom or what we love most in our lives. They reveal our priorities and desires.
Above all, be loving. This ties everything together perfectly. Colossians 3:14

4. A Test of Endurance

Trials can be a test of our endurance. How much are we willing to endure for the Lord?
being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, Colossians 1:11

5. A Test of Humility

Trials can be a test of humility. The Lord humbles us by allowing us to go through seasons of trials. The Lord wants us to have the mind of Christ who humbled Himself to take the form of a servant and became obedient even to the death of the cross. Mosses went through times of trial and his humility shone forth.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
Colossians 3:12

6. A Test of Sacrifice

Trials can be a test of our sacrifice.
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Romans 12:1

7. A Test of Obedience

Trials can be a test of our obedience to God. Are we willing to obey God even when He commands us to do what we do not like or what we wish to avoid?
Matthew 26:39 (HCSB) Going a little farther, He fell facedown and prayed, “My Father! If it is possible, let this cup pass from Me. Yet not as I will, but as You will.”

Story

Job is a wealthy man living in a land called Uz with his large family and extensive flocks. He is “blameless” and “upright,” always careful to avoid doing evil (1:1). One day, Satan (“the Adversary”) appears before God in heaven. God boasts to Satan about Job’s goodness, but Satan argues that Job is only good because God has blessed him abundantly. Satan challenges God that, if given permission to punish the man, Job will turn and curse God. God allows Satan to torment Job to test this bold claim, but he forbids Satan to take Job’s life in the process.
In the course of one day, Job receives four messages, each bearing separate news that his livestock, servants, and ten children have all died due to marauding invaders or natural catastrophes. Job tears his clothes and shaves his head in mourning, but he still blesses God in his prayers. Satan appears in heaven again, and God grants him another chance to test Job. This time, Job is afflicted with horrible skin sores. His wife encourages him to curse God and to give up and die, but Job refuses, struggling to accept his circumstances.
Three of Job’s friends, Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar, come to visit him, sitting with Job in silence for seven days out of respect for his mourning.
Job curses the day he was born, comparing life and death to light and darkness. He wishes that his birth had been shrouded in darkness and longs to have never been born, feeling that light, or life, only intensifies his misery.
After making pains to assert his blameless character, Job ponders man’s relationship to God. He wonders why God judges people by their actions if God can just as easily alter or forgive their behavior. It is also unclear to Job how a human can appease or court God’s justice. God is unseen, and his ways are inscrutable and beyond human understanding. Moreover, humans cannot possibly persuade God with their words. God cannot be deceived, and Job admits that he does not even understand himself well enough to effectively plead his case to God,Job’s friends are offended that he scorns their wisdom. They think his questions are crafty and lack an appropriate fear of God Job sustains his confidence in spite of these criticisms, responding that even if he has done evil, it is his own personal problem.
After a while, the upbraiding proves too much for Job, and he grows sarcastic, impatient, and afraid. He laments the injustice that God lets wicked people prosper while he and countless other innocent people suffer. Job wants to confront God and complain, but he cannot physically find God to do it. He feels that wisdom is hidden from human minds, but he resolves to persist in pursuing wisdom by fearing God and avoiding evil.
Without provocation, another friend, Elihu, suddenly enters the conversation. The young Elihu believes that Job has spent too much energy vindicating himself rather than God.
God finally interrupts, calling from a whirlwind and demanding Job to be brave and respond to his questions. God’s questions are rhetorical, intending to show how little Job knows about creation and how much power God alone has. God describes many detailed aspects of his creation,
Overwhelmed by the encounter, Job acknowledges God’s unlimited power and admits the limitations of his human knowledge. This response pleases God, but he is upset with Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar for spouting poor and theologically unsound advice. Job intercedes on their behalf, and God forgives them. God returns Job’s health, providing him with twice as much property as before, new children, and an extremely long life.

Metaphysical Meaning - Truth Unity

The ENTIRE narrative symbolizes things WITHIN AN INDIVIDUAL.

NOTE: "I believe that if one deals with this book on a literal level -- that is, treating it as a conventional drama and dialogue occuring among many different persons (Jehovah, Satan, Job, etc.) one will miss its metaphysical-Truth meaning. The metaphysical interpretation should be based on a realization that the whole thing symbolizes something WITHIN AN INDIVIDUAL." (Ed Rabel)

Who are Jehovah, Satan, Job, Eliphaz, and all the others? Are they each separate persons who have separate existences? Are they "persons" separate from the reader? Or are they Biblical symbols of different factors within an INDIVIDUAL human being?
JEHOVAH: the indwelling Lord; the spiritual law of our being.
SATAN: the "adversary," the human tendency toward negativity; the existing possibility of error. He represents the as-yet unilluminated, negative, violent aspects still existing in human nature.
JOB: "persecuted; calamitous; afflicted; a coming back; returned to one's senses; converted" (Metaphysical Bible Dictionary 354) Yes, his name in Hebrew does have all those definitions! So we can see that metaphysically he stands for a WHOLE CYCLE OF EXPERIENCE in an individual human consciousness. His name represents almost the whole gamut of possibilities of experiences in consciousness which can be reflected into outer experiences in life.
Satan is given permission to afflict Job. Some interpreters feel that this fact denotes a desire on the part of Jehovah to "test" Job. But Jehovah is an aspect of Divine Mind, and why should Divine Mind need to test anyone about anything? Divine Mind is all-knowingness.
Jehovah is IN INDIVIDUAL MAN. Satan is IN INDIVIDUAL MAN. Job is IN INDIVIDUAL MAN. Man has relative freedom of choice in most aspects of his nature, from his highest level (Jehovah) to his lowest (Satan) and all that is in between (Job). If an individual chooses to let his lower nature prevail, he can do so. Satan has permission to express. This is part of our freedom of individuality.
NOTE: If you want to be fearful, angry, resentful, who is to stop you? Even though you will suffer for it (be afflicted) Satan (your own negative attitude) has "permission" to afflict!)
It should come as no surprise that Satan in us (our lower nature) takes advantage of this freedom, and dob is afflicted. But Job is US! We all, each one of us individually use this freedom of choice to indulge our own negative tendencies.
Three friends try to comfort him, but are unsuccessful. They are Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar. these characters symbolize all unsuccessful efforts of our human intellect to "explain" things with one-sided viewpoints, opinions, incomplete analysis, and moral judgments.
In a more personal sense, these three characters represent our own inner attempts to explain existence in terms of itself, and to try to rationalize and justify on the level of strictly human emotional and intellectual reasoning. Especially is this so when one is trying to explain or justify accidents, tragedies, and sufferine in life.
We ponder, we reason, we justify, we blame, we judge, we resent-- and usually all in vain. Because we look for an explanation for a negative event in terms of negativity itself. It may seem as though this kind of thinking should work, but it doesn't. Something very different is needed in our manner of thinking on these subjects. And this new approach to thinking about negative happenings is symbolized in the book as Elihu.
ELIHU: "My God is that which is; my God is He" Meta.: Elihu of the book of Job represents the Holy Spirit." (Metaphysical Bible Dictionary 191)
Strictly within man, Elihu represents spiritual thinking. That is thinking in a dimension which may include, but goes deeper than strictly human reasoning, judging, and justifying. The Metaphysical Bible Dictionary says that Elihu represents the Holy Spirit, it is the Holy Spirit that enables us to experience the only way of thinking which will really lead us to the help we need when we are in the midst of unexplainable and seemingly unjustifiable afflictions in our life.
The help which Elihu brings is not given directly, but indirectly: mostly by turning Job's mind to a different level of thinking. This is typical of the way Truth acts in our minds. Often we are not led by Truth into point-blank answers or "head-on" solutions to our problems. Quite often Truth thinking leads a person to a new awareness of possibilities. Elihu says to Job, "... It is the spirit in a man, the breath of the Almighty, that makes him understand." (Job 32:8)

Poem: When Testing Comes By M. S. Lowndes

Sometimes you allow us, Lord,
To go through times of testing
And often, Lord, it may come to us
After a time of blessing

You let those times we go through
Be times of deeper work
To teach us, Lord, to trust in you
Even though we may hurt

We try so hard to understand
Just what is going on
And why we go through such a low
When before we felt so strong

And when our bodies are in such pain
And our minds are in the dark,
Why do doubts of your word, Lord,
Creep into our hearts?

We wonder where you are, O God,
In the midst of all our doubt
And why you even allow such trials
That seems to cloud you out

It often seems so hard for us
To trust you in these times,
We want you to remove the pain
In our bodies and our minds

And yes, O God, I know you heal
And give us hope to believe in
Then other times, you allow us to
Go through difficult seasons

But you know what's best for us
And you see the bigger picture,
You're always there to walk with us
Into a brighter, hope filled future.

Meditation

I Accept the Outpouring of Spirit Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
I JOHN 4:13

How could we better explain this than to use the words of Robert Browning, “ ’Tis Thou, God, who giveth, ’tis I who receive”? Or Emerson, who said that we are “beneficiaries of the Divine fact”? The thoughts of both Emerson and Browning were thoughts of acceptance and recognition. Like all men of great spiritual insight, they knew that the gift of Life is an eternal reality, that it is our office to accept it.

AFFIRM: Today I accept this gift of Divine Life and Love that God has eternally given to me and to everyone. With deep gratitude and a childlike simplicity I enter into the joy and the peace that come from the realization of Divine Guidance, for I know that Love guides my thoughts even as It guards my life and action. I know that the eternal Presence is really embracing everything. In this Presence I serenely and confidently rest, placing all my hope and aspiration in Its loving care. In this Love I embrace the world and affirm that peace shall come on earth and goodwill exist among people everywhere. I also realize that I belong to the universe in which I live, and it belongs to me. It is the gift of God. I am unified with everyone I will ever meet, and they with me. For we all are manifestations of the One Presence. Gratefully acknowledging and gladly receiving this benediction from heaven, I live and love and accept Life in Its fullness.

Benediction by PARKER J. PALMER

Heavenly Father, heavenly Mother,
Holy and blessed is your true name.
We pray for your reign of peace to come,
We pray that your good will be done,
Let heaven and earth become one.
Give us this day the bread we need,
Give it to those who have none.
Let forgiveness flow like a river between us,
From each one to each one.
Lead us to holy innocence
Beyond the evil of our days —
Come swiftly Mother, Father, come.
For yours is the power and the glory and the mercy:
Forever your name is All in One.

The 8th Law of the Universe: Law of perpetual transmutation of energy - The Universe keeps changing

The 8th Law of the Universe: Law of perpetual transmutation of energy - The Universe keeps changing

The law of perpetual transmutation of energy asserts that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Still, it changes from one state to another. This means that the energy in the universe is always transmuting into and out of form. At no time will the energy be standing still.

Many people do not realize that everything in the universe is an energy that is in constant motion Change is all there is in the universe.

The universal truth of this law is that lower energy can be actively transmuted into higher energy.

This law reminds us that there’s nothing to be afraid of because energy is always in flux and better still, you have the power to transmute (change) it.

“energy flows where attention goes” and that is the gist of this law. So by exercising your power to activate thoughts that serve you rather than the ones that don’t, you can transmute negative vibes first into neutral ones, and then into happier territory.

In 1842, Julius Robert Mayor coined the scientific law of conservation of energy. He said that energy could never be created nor destroyed. This revelation in physics is the first law of thermodynamics. These are the concepts upon which spiritual communities have dug deeper into the idea of energy. They discovered that scientific universal laws apply to these concepts. These principles order the entire universe.

All persons have within them the power to change the conditions of their lives. Higher vibrations consume and transform lower ones; thus, each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect change

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy states that energy is constantly moving, transmuting, or transferring, and it is always in motion (hence the word perpetual!). This continuous metamorphosis never stops; Everything is always changing and nothing stays constant. In addition to its constant state of movement, energy just ‘is’. It exists. It cannot disappear, it cannot go away, it cannot add to itself.

Water is great example of this law at work in our physical world. Water can transition into an ice cube, steam, clouds, rain, snow, but water never disappears from earth; it always exists. You cannot get rid of the energy that is water, you can only change (or transmute) its form.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy encourages us to take an active role in our emotional regulation. To do this, we begin the internal work to improve our actions and reactions. As we begin the internal work, we also need to assess our external environments. Notice the energetic quality of the things around you (friends, coworkers, partners, tv, podcasts, books, etc.). Positive or negative, energy is always transmuting, so protect your own.

Align yourself with the positive and the good within the world, and you will transmute the energy within yourself to match. When we begin to change for the better, we start to change the world for the better too.

Transmutation the process of changing from one nature, substance, form, or condition into another; transform. We see this transfer of energy all the time in the world around us: Forming an idea into product, ice into water, decay into life; energy can cycle within us, too.

Grapes must be crushed to make wine, Diamonds form under pressure, Olives are pressed to release oil. Seeds grow in the darkness. Whenever you feel crushed, under pressure, pressed or in darkness, you’re in a powerful place of transformation and transmutation. Trust the Process.
— Lalah Delia

Without birth and death, and without the perpetual transmutation of all the forms of life, the world would be static, rhythm-less, un-dancing, mummified. Alan Watts

Everything is in flux: everything changes; the body changes, the soul changes. We are capable of extraordinary self-transmutation and internal self-transformation. Clive Barker

How to utilise this law

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy states that energy is constant and always transferring, always changing the conditions around us. Use this law to change the conditions of your life to your advantage. Align yourself with the right external conditions, the right internal conditions, the right people, and the right emotions, and you will attract the things you desire.
Through positive thought, prayer  and action you can manifest change.
You can turn sadness into happiness, poverty into wealth, or darkness into light. How powerful and wonderful would you feel if you could transmute all that lower, toxic energy or arguing, disagreeing and battling with your spouse or work colleague  for example, into a household or workplace filled with love, peace , cooperation and harmony.
Higher frequencies transmute lower ones when applied with intention. Knowing this, we can actively seek to uplift negative energy around us by maintaining positive thoughts and actions.

Poem by Mark Hamilton

This coffee is like a miracle:
oil-slick black,
thick as night,
a transmutation of water
which has journeyed through deep earth
to emerge, by a secret ministry,
worlds different from before.

Water has lifted out the spirit of the grounds.
They brood together now, darkly locked,
held by a spell that cannot
be reversed.

I drink:
its force is a kick,
a slap of the sea
in a cave,
lapping its secrets of ocean.

I wreathe it round with the burning
of tobacco:
leaf turns to flame turns
to smoke,
rising like an offering,
winnowing
up…

It stirs in me - like crystals of sugar
revolving, dissolving -
a cry for transmutation.

My body and my mind are soothed,
are roused - strangely both -
but what can reach my spirit?

The wind rattles at the window,
there is a stirring abroad…

God, or spirit, or presence,
how can I pass my spirit through you,
fuse myself into something new?

Like coffee, like smoke, I cry,
transmute my spirit too.

Story: The Seed of the Jack Pine by Howard Thurman

Meditations of the Heart, 1953, Beacon Press.

In response to a letter of inquiry addressed to a Canadian forester concerning the jack pine which abounds in British Columbia, the following statement was received: “Essentially, you are correct when you say that jack pine cones require artificial heat to release the seed from the cone. The cones often remain closed for years, the seeds retaining their viability. In the interior of the province, the cones which have dropped to the ground will open at least partly with the help of the sun’s reflected heat. However, the establishment of the majority of our jack pine stands has undoubtedly been established following forest fires. Seldom do the cones release their seed while on the tree.”
The seed of the jack pine will not be given up by the cone unless the cone itself is subjected to sustained and concentrated heat. The forest fire sweeps all before it and there remain but the charred reminders of a former growth and a former beauty. It is then in the midst of the ashes that the secret of the cone is exposed. The tender seed finds the stirring of life deep within itself–and what is deepest in the seed reaches out to what is deepest in life–the result? A tender shoot, gentle roots, until, at last, there stands straight against the sky the majestic glory of the jack pine.
It is not too far afield to suggest that there are things deep within the human spirit that are firmly imbedded, dormant, latent and inactive. These things are always positive, even though they may
be destructive rather than creative. But there they remain until our lives are swept by the forest fire: It may be some mindless tragedy, some violent disclosure of human depravity or some moment of agony in which the whole country or nation may be involved. The experience releases something that has been locked up within all through the years. If it be something that calls to the deepest things in life, we may, like the jack pine, grow tall and straight against the sky!

Meditation

The Changeless Abides with Me. I Am Calm and Peaceful in the Midst of Confusion
I am the Lord, I change not. —MALACHI 3 : 6
The Tao, considered as unchanging, has no name. —TEXT OF TAOISM
We should realize that all the great scriptures have taught one identical message—the unity of good. All the sacred books have been inspired by the one Mind. Each in its own tongue has told the story of Reality. “I am the Lord, I change not,” was revealed to the Hebrew mystic. To the great Chinese sage came the same message, “The Tao cannot change, it has no name,” and to Hermes, God is in Itself, by Itself, full and perfect. Affirm: We now bring to this glorified conception and the realization that this Divine Being is the breath of my breath, omnipresent, forever within me, then I shall realize that we live in one eternal and perfect Mind. “There is no variableness in God since God is eternal, immortal, and infinite. Nevertheless God is that from which every transformation and transmutation arises.” This means that, while I live in the Eternal, which does not change, we are forever drawing from It the possibility of the manifold expressions that give variety to existence and that make living interesting. I know that the Changeless abides with me. I am calm and peaceful in the midst of confusion. I know that nothing moves the soul. Peace, infinite peace, is at the center of my being. I live, move, and have my being in that which is perfect, complete within Itself. That Self is my self.

With the bread we need for today, feed us.
In the hurts we absorb from one another,

that is love,

The 7th Law of the Universe: Compensation - You get as good as you give As you sow

The 7th Law of the Universe: Compensation - You get as good as you give As you sow

The law of Divine Compensation is a universal law and it dictates that what you get is in direct relationship to what you give. Basically, it is the law of sowing and reaping – you get what you give.

The purpose of the law is to bring to our consciousness the realization of our acts of omission and commission, the duality of our being in both positive and negative polarities. Its main objective for us is to make compensation for the errors and wrongs we have committed and to benefit from the good or benefits which we have provided for the lives of others.

Napoleon Hill He lays out a formula that goes like this:
Q + Q + MA = C

The Quality of your service rendered plus the Quantity of service rendered plus the Mental Attitude in which it is rendered equals the Compensation you will receive.

He places a lot of emphasis on the mental attitude as that can greatly amplify your results. You can do the same thing as everyone else but by simply having a positive mental attitude you can have vastly different results

You can not get anything without giving. It is the most basic law of the universe. The law of action and reaction is a universal law.
The subtle distinction is that you need to shift your energy from how can you get something to how can you give to get something.
Most people have their intentions and their manifestation desires so firmly set on what they want to get that they become blinded to the truth of the law of compensation.

The lure of getting something for nothing is incredibly strong. Far too many people try to abuse the law of attraction by getting something for nothing.
They think that all they have to do is to visualize what they want, keep their thoughts positive and have the intention to manifest it. They then proceed to sit on sofa and wait for it to fall on their lap.
The law of attraction can not manifest something out of thin air.

It simply does not work like that.
The law of attraction exists alongside the law of compensation.

The law of compensation can not be cheated. You can only get what is in harmony with what you give. you should never do anything only for the sake of what you will get out of it. It will greatly limit your compensation.

As a man chooses, sows, so shall he reap and pay. The Law of Compensation - Karma. Nature in every department of manifestation demands justice, equalization, and Compensation.
In society and in our private personal affairs, man must be true unto himself, and this self must be the inner self, if man is to be true at all. He must let the Divine power within him dominate the physical power of his body and the world around him. He must let the beauty and grandeur, and the sublime thoughts of the Divine Mind of his being fill him with inspiration and comprehension of his real place in the universe and of his relationship to all other beings. He must let the God Consciousness of his soul control and direct his health and activities of the physical self so that it may truly be the servant unto himself. In this way will man rise to power and glory and attain the highest degree of success and happiness in his affairs."
Dr. H. Spenser Lewis

How to benefit from the law of Compensation

It is not about what you do but what you bring to what you do.
You give first and then you receive. You don’t wait until you receive it before you give.
You want more give more
Enjoy what you. Already have
Pay whatever you owe
Keep your mind positiveAlways give and do your best
Learn from your failures and don’t dwell on them or bad experiences

Ralph Waldo Emerson, in his essay, “Compensation,” wrote that each person is compensated in like manner for that which he or she has contributed. The Law of Compensation is another restatement of the Law of Sowing and Reaping. It says that you will always be compensated for your efforts and for your contribution, whatever it is, however much or however little.

What you put out into the world, you will receive as compensation.

We must give more in order to get more. It is the generous giving of ourselves that produces the generous harvest.
— Orison Swett Marden

To utilise the Law of Compensation to your advantage, think about how you can show up differently, better:
Who can you help today? How can you show kindness? Who could you send more love to? What would bring more joy to someone else’s day?

We must give more in order to get more. It is the generous giving of ourselves that produces the generous harvest.
Orison Swett Marden

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honourable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.
Galatians 6:7

Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. and you will find that this is the shortest way to benevolence. Confucianism.
Menicus VII .A.4

"In the scriptures of Confucius there is an example of how good and evil, as effects of acts, must be realized by us. A student asks Confucius if there is any word which by itself would serve as a practical rule of life; more emphatically, is there a single word which in its meaning alone will represent how man shall live? Confucius answers: "Reciprocity." This may be construed to mean that which we do not want done to ourselves we should not do to others. In the Confuciusian Scriptures, it is made plain that if a man has done an injury, he shall be punished in the exact nature of his injury to you. Consequently, we find that 'retribution' is the basis of the Confucian Law of Compensation.

Try your best to treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself.

As a man sows, so shall he reap

Prov. Things will happen to you good or bad, according to how you behave. (Biblical.) You should stop being so cruel to other people. As you sow, so shall you reap. Fred built an immense fortune by swindling others, but lost it all when someone swindled him. As a man sows, so shall he reap.

Story: Jacob cheats Esau and then Laban cheats him

Although it was God’s plan for Jacob to succeed Isaac Rebekah and Jacob’s use of deception and theft to obtain it put the family in serious jeopardy. Their unethical treatment of husband and brother in order to secure their future at the expense of trusting God resulted in a deep and long-lived alienation in the family enterprise.
Though Jacob had faith (unlike his brother Esau), he depended on his own abilities to secure the rights he valued. Jacob exploited hungry Esau into selling him the birthright
In escaping from Esau, Jacob ended up at the family farm of Laban, his mother’s brother. The youthful Jacob had contracted to work for Laban for seven years in return for the hand of his youngest daughter Rachel. On their wedding night, Laban switched Jacob’s betrothed for his eldest daughter Leah.
Jacob worked for Laban for twenty-one frustrating years, during which Laban broke a string of promises to him.
Despite this, Jacob succeeded in marrying two of Laban’s daughters and starting a family. Jacob wanted to return home, but Laban convinced him to stay on and work for him with the promise that he could “name [his own] wages”. Clearly Jacob had been a good worker, and Laban had been blessed through his association with Jacob.
During this time Jacob had learned the trade of breeding animals, and he used this skill to get back at Laban. Through his breeding techniques, he was able to gain a great deal of wealth at Laban’s expense. It got to the point that Laban’s sons were complaining that “Jacob has taken all that was our father's; he has gained all this wealth from what belonged to our father” Jacob noticed that Laban’s attitude toward him was not what it had been. Yet Jacob claimed the gain as a gift from God, saying, “If the God of my father, the God of Abraham and the Fear of Isaac, had not been on my side, surely now you would have sent me away empty-handed”
Jacob felt that he had been dealt with poorly by Laban. His response, through his schemes, was to make yet another enemy, similar to the way he had exploited Esau.
After increasing tension with his father-in-law and a business separation in which both men acted less than admirably, Jacob left Laban. Having obtained his position by Laban's dirty trick years ago, Jacob now saw an opportunity to legitimise his position by coming to an agreement with his estranged brother Esau.
But he expected the negotiations to be tense. Wracked with fear that Esau would come to the meeting with his four hundred armed men, Jacob split his family and animals into two groups to help ensure some measure of survival. He prayed for protection and sent an enormous gift of animals on ahead of him to pacify Esau before the encounter. But the night before he arrived at the meeting point, the trickster Jacob was visited by a shadowy figure out to surprise him. God himself attacked him in the form of a strongman, against whom Jacob was forced to wrestle all night. He pressed his advantage to the point of permanently injuring Jacob’s hip, yet Jacob in his weakness said that he would not give up until his attacker had blessed him.
Jacob received a new name, Israel, and even renamed the location to honour the fact that there he had seen God face to face. The once-ominous meeting with Esau followed in the morning and contradicted Jacob’s fearful expectation in the most delightful way imaginable. Esau ran to Jacob and embraced him. Esau graciously tried to refuse Jacob's gifts, though Jacob insisted he take them. A transformed Jacob said to Esau, “Truly to see your face is like seeing the face of God”

Meditation

Love Is the Essence of My Being Let us love not in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
I JOHN 3: 18

Since God is Love, and God is All-in-All, Love must be the underlying principle of life, and therefore in all.

AFFIRM: This Life is my life. This Love is me. It is the very essence of my being. Love heals everything, every imperfection of mind or body or environment. Love alone may overcome hatred, envy, anger & criticism.
Where Love is, there is no room for any negative emotion. Love is the Great Adjuster. I know that Love is harmony and peace and joy. In it is all good, all that is true, all that is beautiful. It is perfect balance, perfect poise. I empty my mind and heart of all but Love. I let Love express in me and through me. I let Love flow out into my world of thought and action. I am Love. The Love in me shines forth as harmony, peace, joy, freedom, and wisdom. Love binds me to the whole of creation. I find fulfillment through loving.

The 6th Law of the Universe: Cause and Effect - you get back whatever you send out into the Universe

The 6th Law of the Universe: Cause and Effect - you get back whatever you send out into the Universe

Cause and Effect, Action and Reaction, Sowing and Reaping, Karma, or any other - it may be considered the most fundamental of all phenomena. Put simply, each and every occurrence that transpires is ultimately the outcome of some sequence of Cause and Effect, whether it be on the scale of the cosmos, or on the level of some sub-atomic particle, or anywhere in-between.

Life is a perpetual instruction in cause and effect.
— Emerson

We live in a world of cause and effect.
T. Hary Eker

It is an enduring truth, which can never be altered, that every infraction of the Law of nature must carry its punitive consequences with it. We can never get beyond that range of cause and effect.
Thomas Troward

Shallow men believe in luck, believe in circumstances: it was somebody's name, or he happened to be there at right time, or it was so then, and another day it would have been otherwise. Strong men believe in cause and effect.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Nothing happens by chance or outside the Universal Laws. Every Action (including thought) has a reaction or consequence "We reap what we sow"

Sacred Text

The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
Thou shall keep thee in peace who’s mind is stayed on Thee.
Isaiah 14: 24, 26, 27

VI. THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE AND EFFECT

"Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause; everything happens according to Law; Chance is but a name for Law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the Law."
The Kybalion

This Principle embodies the fact that there is a Cause for every Effect; an Effect from every Cause. It explains that: "Everything Happens according to Law"; that nothing ever "merely happens"; that there is no such thing as Chance; that while there are various planes of Cause and Effect, the higher dominating the lower planes, still nothing ever entirely escapes the Law. The Hermetists understand the art and methods of rising above the ordinary plane of Cause and Effect, to a certain degree, and by mentally rising to a higher plane they become Causers instead of Effects. The masses of people are carried along, obedient to environment; the wills and desires of others stronger than themselves; heredity; suggestion; and other outward causes moving them about like pawns on the Chessboard of Life.

Poem: Thoughts, Words and Deeds are the 3 levels of Creation by Trina Graves

Title Quote: Neale Donald Walsch
It isn’t always easy to see
That we all create our own reality
The things we think and say and do
Will one day for us be true
As much as possible think positively
About all of your life, this is the first key
To unlock the door to your wishes and dreams
Positive thinking is what it seems
At first its hard to look on the bright side
When it seems life is taking you for a ride
But the more that you can appreciate
The more your life will begin to look great
Controlling your words is the second key
With positive thinking this comes naturally
If all that your thinking is good and kind
Words of love and praise you will easily find
Always speaking the truth with love in your heart
Sometimes will be difficult when you first start
But persevere and you will eliminate hate
There’s no better way to communicate
If love guides your thoughts and words easily
Then your actions will show love effortlessly
It’s often said ‘action speaks louder than word’
So do everything with love and you will be heard
Whatever you consistently think say and do
Put together will create your world for you
Be love and find the good in all things
You’ll be amazed at the peace and joy that this brings

Omair Tariq of Cart.com aims to challenge and offer a serious alternative to Amazon and Shopify. The first end-to-end e-commerce platform has raised $140 million in just twelve months of operating. Omair Tariq’s mission: to disrupt a $1 trillion industry.
Since launching in November 2020, Cart.com now employs over 850 people and has over 3000 brands using its platform. This represents just the latest impressive development in Tariq’s accomplished career in retail and e-commerce.
Growing up in Dubai, Tariq initially wanted to be an astrophysicist from a young age. So he figured he’d have to learn physics and applied mathematics in order to achieve his dream. With limited education opportunities in Dubai, Tariq left to study Mathematics at the University of Cambridge. He later earned a BA in Finance from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University.
Before moving to the UK to study, Tariq spent some time in Pakistan as a fifteen year old. An extreme experience there laid the foundations for his philosophy: to count your blessings and take life by the horns. Two men kidnapped Tariq and his cousin at gunpoint, using their car to conduct a series of robberies before deciding to kill him and his cousin.
With an incredible stroke of luck, their gun malfunctioned and they ran away, leaving Tariq and his cousin traumatized, but alive. Tariq says it changed him as a person forever, and he came away from the experience with some important life lessons: “1) You shouldn’t feel entitled for anything in life. 2) Nothing is for granted. 3) It can always get worse. 4) Life is short. Do something with it.” The drive and humility inspired in Tariq from such an early age has now come to fruition with his latest venture. Cart.com proves to be a serious contender in the e-commerce space that has until now been completely dominated by Amazon and Shopify.
The world’s first end-to-end e-commerce platform, Cart.com aims to help brands scale seamlessly and connect them to their customers more deeply. It empowers brands to compete in the big leagues: “We started this business because we know how hard it can be to grow one. We’re making economies of scale available to brands of any size. Our platform puts big tools in the hands of big dreamers,” says Tariq.
GUESS, Dollar General and GNC all use Cart.com, along with over 3000 other companies. With this popularity, the platform continues to grow as a viable alternative to the other e-commerce behemoths. Raising $140 million in just 12 months confirms Tariq’s adherence to his own advice that “Life is short. Do something with it.”

Meditation

My Thought Is Inspired by the Most High And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
DEUTERONOMY 31:8

We should believe that God is the invisible Partner in our lives and affirm that Divine Love goes before us and prepares the way. We should permit ourselves to be guided for there is Something within us, deep at the center of our being, which knows what we ought to do and how we ought to do it.

AFFIRM: I am listening to the Divine Presence and permitting It to direct my path. Thoughts and ideas will come to me and I shall be led to follow through on them in my everyday life. I shall be impelled into right action. I know how to meet every situation in calm trust and with the complete conviction that Divine Intelligence is guiding me. I wish to do only that which is constructive and life-giving; therefore, I know that everything I do will prosper. Everything I touch will be quickened into a newness of life and action. Every constructive purpose in my life will be fulfilled. I have a deep sense of inner calm, a complete assurance that all is well. The same Intelligence that governs the planets in their course is now acting as a Law of Good in my personal experience and in the experiences of everyone around me. I do thank God for this increase that is mine. I do accept Divine guidance. I do believe that I am in silent partnership with all the Power, all the Presence, and all the Love there is. I place my life entirely and completely under the protection and guidance of this Power, and I rest in complete assurance that everything I do will prosper.

The 5th Law of the Universe: Attraction - like attracts like

The 5th Law of the Universe: Attraction - like attracts like

The true definition of the Law of Attraction is like attracts like.
Whatever you give your emotional energy and attention to, is what will come back to you.

Demonstrates how we create the things, events and people that come into our lives Our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn attract like energies. Negative energies attract negative energies and positive energies attract positive energies.

The Law of Attraction is like gravity. You see it every minute of every day. It is always influencing and impacting you and your life.

The Law of Attraction governs everything within our abundant Universe. It does not discriminate. It only exists with perfection whether you like it or not.

To let life happen to you is irresponsible. To create your day is your divine right
— Ramtha

The law of attraction is all about vibration. Everything is vibrational, your thoughts, your ideas, every being. You will draw to you whatever vibration matches yours, wanted or unwanted.” Anonymous

“What the mind of man can conceive and believe, the mind of man can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill Conceive, Believe Achieve

“Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Proof of a belief in the Law of Attraction can be found in early Christian, Hindu, and Buddhist writings. For example, some interpret Jesus’ teachings as describing our “limitless power to create.” Buddha also said, “All that we are is a result of what we have thought.” These thinkers perhaps believed that human thoughts could shape reality. The Law of Attraction’s true formative period started in the early 19th century, as the concept took shape, and became more widespread. It became to be known as the New Thought Movement.

Ralph Waldo Trine’s “In Tune with the Infinite.” Published in 1897, the book sold millions of copies and gained Trine a wide following, including from the automobile industrialist Henry Ford. Trine emphasized that happiness was largely a matter of positive thinking. As he noted in his book,
“If one holds themselves in the thought of poverty they will be poor, and the chances are that they will remain in poverty. If one holds themselves, whatever present conditions may be, continually in the thought of prosperity, they set into operation forces that will sooner or later bring them into prosperous conditions.”

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark 11:24 Conceive, Believe Achieve

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought.” – Buddha Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

The first and easiest way to use the law of attraction is to use The Focus, Feel, and Expect Process.

  1. Focus and Identify  on what you want to attract into your life. (Happiness, Money, Success, Love…) and eliminate anything negative

  2. Feel what it feels like as if you already have that thing in your life now. Create and raise your vibrational level using denials and affirmations listen to SSC 23/2/20Denials & Affirmations

Practice the 369 manifestation method

  • 3 times in the morning

  • 6 times throughout the day

  • 9 times in the evening

3. Expect it to show up in your life. Live in the expectancy of it manefesting

Thus one can say that the creation carries within it the intelligence of the creator. We can even say that the creator exists within the creation and the creation exists within the creator. Thus we begin to realize that the power of the universe is contained within us and that we are intricately connected to the universe. And in order to understand the universe, one needs to simply understand their own self and vice versa.
This verse can also be applied to the human mind and the law of attraction. What you believe in your subconscious mind (microcosm) is what makes up your external world (macrocosm). And the external world constantly feeds your subconscious mind. So in order to change your life, you need to constantly stay aware of the beliefs in your subconscious mind.

In simple, the law of correspondence is the interconnection, an invisible communication you are having with the universe.
The connection between your subconsciousness and your physical being, your physical world and the invisible energy around you.
Your outer world of wealth, relationships, people around you, everything is determined by what you see of them in your subconscious mind.
You are creating your outside world by what you are thinking of it to be inside your head.

Law of vibration vs. law of attraction.
You might be wondering, how is this law different from the law of attraction?, as they are similar—and can even work together.
The law of vibration is the first law that must happen before the law of attraction; in creating that vibration within yourself, you invoke the law of vibration deliberately, and only then can the law of attraction happen."
The law of vibration is about matching the specific frequency of what you're looking for, and the law of attraction takes this idea a bit further by allowing you to "create [the frequency] within yourself by any means, like visualization, meditation, or affirmations,"
At the end of the day, whenever we're manifesting, we do need to work with these two laws so we can both attract and vibrate at the same level as what we want.
"What you align with vibrationally is easier to attract,"

Story and Poem

My name is Joe Rapisarda.  I am the author of the amazon.com bestselling book, Awaken your power. My entire life I have had an insatiable curiosity about the dormant potentials of the human mind.  I’ve always felt that we, as human beings, have so much more potential mental ability than what we are currently using as a society.  In 2003, I began to intensify my quest for knowledge and it lead me on an amazing journey of discovery.   My studies took me to seemingly unrelated subjects like religion, spirituality, quantum physics, psychology, and wisdom teachings.  What I learned astonished me!  I learned that the human mind is capable of so much more than just thinking and feeling.  It also has the ability to align and attract energy into our lives. This energy manifests into our reality as the people, situations, and events we experience in our every day lives.   Simply put – I discovered that we have the ability influence the reality we experience through the thoughts we think.
Once I learned the fundamentals of this power, I spent the next few years testing it out in my own life.  I was given many sink-or-swim type challenging situations where I was forced to use this power to improve my life.   I have used this power in my life.  These feats include but are not limited to being able to:

  • Recover from sickness and injury.

  • Prevent sickness.

  • Overcome financial hardships.

  • Find success in business.

  • Attracting the woman of his dreams

  • Become a millionaire.

  • Become a black belt in karate at school where less than 1% of the students achieve that rank.

  • Find the perfect woman for me.

  • Write a bestselling self-help book with no previous writing experience.

  • overcome daunting life challenges such as attracting unique ways to heal from Thyroidism and Adrenal Exhaustion / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

  • Find balance in all aspects of life.

  • The list goes on…

Today I use this power in everyday life.  I use it to achieve goals and I use it to overcome the obstacles that life sometimes present me with.
My point in sharing this information with you is to show you that I have achieved positive results in my own life using this power, and you can too.

One night while I was writing my book,  I woke up from a dream with the inspiration for a poem about the law of attraction.
As fast as I could, I grabbed a pen and a notepad and began to write down the lines to a poem. When I was finished I looked in amazement at the simplicity and wisdom of the words.  It covers all the basic things a person needs to know about the law of attraction.  I feel I can praise this poem without feeling like I am bragging because I don’t honestly believe I was the one who wrote it.  Yes, it came from my mind, and my hand wrote it down, but I feel I was given this inspiration and knowledge by a higher power that was helping me write my book so I could help others. (Note: this was not an isolated incidence.  Throughout the writing of my book, I felt I was channeling intuitive insight from unseen helpers.)
I decided to call the poem, “Thoughts Are Things”, because it shares how our thoughts are alive with energy and how they work to attract the future we experience.  Here is the poem:

Thoughts are Things

Whatever you think, whatever you feel,
It doesn’t matter if it’s make-believe, or if it is real.
Thoughts are things that go out into the unknown
To bring you back whatever you’ve sown.
Positive thoughts vibrate high,
While negative thoughts vibrate low.
Just focus on your own thoughts to see how your future will go.
You see, your thoughts are a map of where you are headed,
And your feelings decide if that direction is welcome,
Or if it is dreaded.
So change how you think to change how you feel,
And watch how the universe attracts to you,
That which you have made real.

Here’s what the poem means:

Part 1.  “Whatever you think, whatever you feel, it doesn’t matter if it’s make-believe or if it is real.”
This means that your subconscious mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what you are imagining. It interprets all your thoughts as “real” and it assumes that whatever you are thinking about you want in your life.

Part 2.  “Thoughts are things that go out into the unknown to bring you back whatever you’ve sown.”
This means the energy (vibrational frequency) of your thoughts will align with the energy of whatever you are thinking about to attract people, situations, and events into your life that match the energy of your thoughts. The word “sown” was used because it means to plant a seed.  The seeds of your thoughts tend to grow into the plants of reality.

Part 3.  “Positive thoughts vibrate high, while negative thoughts vibrate low.”
This talks about the vibrational frequency of thoughts.  Positive thoughts such as joy, love, compassion, appreciation and hope vibrate with a higher, lighter, and faster frequency.  Negative thoughts such as anger, hate, worry, fear, and greed vibrate at a lower, slower, and heavier frequency. The amazing thing is that we , as human beings, get to choose our own frequency, and consequently the things we will attract, through the thoughts we think about.
Part 4.  “Just focus on your own thoughts to see how your future will go.  You see your thoughts are a map of where you are headed and your feelings decided if that direction is welcome or if it is dreaded.”
This means that your feelings are your built-in navigation system for using the law of attraction.  If your feelings feel good to you then you are attracting energy that is helpful to you.  If your feelings feel bad to you  then you are attracting energy that is not good for you. It’s as simple as that. Learning to become aware of your feelings is a big step in learning to master the law of attraction.

Part 5.  “So change how you think to change how you feel, and watch how the universe attracts to you that which you have made real.”
This means that if you don’t like the way your feelings feel to you, you can change the way you think to change the way you feel. When you change the way you feel, you change your energy and the energy you are attracting.
The last part, “and watch how the universe attracts to you that which you have made real”, closes up the poem by stating that your focus will attract physical manifestations in your life that mirror your thoughts.

Meditation

I Know the Active Power of God One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.—EPHESIANS 4 : 6

The key thought for our meditation today is the idea that there is an active Presence of the creative Spirit in all our affairs—not something passive, but something that is moving in and through everything we do. We should affirm that this Divine Presence is everywhere, that It is always active in, around, and through us. AFFIRM: Believing that the Spirit is at the center of everything and at the very center of my own physical being, I recognize this Presence harmoniously acting in every cell, every organ, and every function of my physical body. I praise my body-temple, bless it, and know that every activity within it is in harmony with Divine Life. One Mind governs everything, and I now affirm and accept that this same Intelligence governs my affairs. It is within me and around me at all times, directing, guiding, governing, controlling, and leading me happily to the fulfillment of all good purposes.”g
I salute the God-Presence in everyone I meet, and I know that as surely as I do this, the Love dwelling in them responds to the same Presence that is within me. We act in a unison of peace and understanding. Recognizing all of nature as the handiwork of God, I see the beauty of His activity in everything—in the wind and the wave, in the sunshine and cloud, and in everything that God has created.”

circulated from the Boston College advent prayer list, 12/21/0

Our Father, Mother, who are in the world and surpass the world
Blessed be your presence, in us, in animals and flowers, in still air and wind.
May justice and peace dwell among us, as you come to us. Your will be our will;
You will that we be sisters and brothers, as bread is bread, water is itself
For our hunger, for quenching of thirst. Forgive us. We walk crookedly in the world, are perverse, and fail of our promise.
But we would be human, if only you consent to stir up our hearts.

The 4th Law of the Universe: Correspondence - Outer world is a reflection of our inner world

The 4th Law of the Universe: Correspondence - Outer world is a reflection of our inner world

This Universal Law states that the principles or laws of physics that explain the physical world energy, Light, vibration, and motion have their corresponding principles in the etheric or universe "As above, so below".

There can be no outer change until there is first an inner change. As within, so without. Everything we do, unaccompanied by a change of consciousness, is but futile readjustment of surfaces. However we toil or struggle, we can receive no more than our subconscious assumptions affirm.” ― Neville Goddard,

Sacred Text

That which is above is like to that which is below, and that which is below is like to that which is above
Hermes Trismegistus, The Emerald Tablet

Our Father in heaven, Reveal who you are.Set the world right; Do what’s best—  as above, so below. Mathew 6:13 The Message
Or, the modern, simplified version: “As above, so below.”

We are made of stardust and we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. As above, so below. The answers to everything lie within ourselves. Look inwards, not outwards. YOU are the answer to your questions if you did but know it.
— Mike Hockney

Sanskrit verse – ‘Yatha Brahmaande, Tahta Pindaade’, which translates to ‘As the Whole, So the Parts‘ or ‘As the Macrocosm, so the Microcosm‘.

When Christians use the phrase "as above, so below," it's often meant almost as a wish. They want things on earth to be like what happens in heaven.

You can see this idea phrased a different way in the Lord's Prayer:
"Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven..."

You are what your deepest desire is As is your desire, so is your intention As is your intention, so is your will As is your will, so is your deed
As is your deed, so is your destiny Upanishads

Poem

It’s your thoughts, words, and deeds; a farmer sowing his seeds, it’s a mind thing described in those creeds. As within, so without. As above, so below. Think, say and act love and it’s love that will flow. Let hate harbor in your mind and hate is what you’ll regretfully find.” ― Jose R. Coronado, The Land Flowing With Milk And Honey

Story

The Law of Attraction and Daniel

Here’s another Law of Attraction story of success:
After seeing the film The Secret, my explanation of the Law of Attraction made Daniel understand the power of his intentions, goals, and focus at a new level. He decided to apply that to the dream home he wanted in Maui. He made the best offer he could make when it went on sale, but it was so low, the bank didn’t even counter.
The highest bidder fell through and the bank lowered the price of the house.
So Daniel got serious about what he truly could afford and what he felt was the right price for his family, and it was still too low.
My words, “everything you want also wants you, but you have to take action to get it” resonated with him and his family.
So as crazy as it sounds to most people, he and his family put a visualization practice in action. Almost every day, they would drive up to the house’s driveway, park, and act as if the house was theirs.
He would wave hello to his family as if he were coming home from work, they would plan where furniture would go, and they would sit on the back deck to look at the horse enclosure and imagine their horse living with them again, instead of being boarded at the stable nearby.
He then read The Success Principles and his conviction level skyrocketed. He felt truly on track for success. After paying to have the house inspected before its second auction, he no longer felt anxious and obsessed. He was calm and at peace, knowing he was doing everything absolutely possible to get the house.
Then what do you know?
The higher bid fell through again and the bank called if he could raise his price by $15,000. Daniel stood by his bid saying that’s the price that’s right for his family. A few days later, he received a call that the bank verbally accepted his offer!

Meditation 22/365

Constructive Thought Fills My Day And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.—JOHN 12: 32 When Jesus spoke of being “lifted up from the earth” he meant that that which is human about us must consciously become united with the Divine. In ancient writings the earth stood for the lowest form of life, while heaven represented the highest. Therefore, being lifted up from the earth means uniting earth with heaven. This daily lifting up of our thought is necessary if we wish to so unite ourselves and everything we are doing with the Divine spiritual Power that flows through us and into all our acts. I now turn to the Spirit within me. I know that It is close to me, It is what I am, and It governs my life in harmony and in peace.
And I know that through me It brings joy and happiness to everyone I meet. Through the Power of this indwelling Spirit I am a blessing to myself and to others. I lift up my whole mind to the realization that the Spirit of God is within me and that this perfect Spirit is my real self. I invite the Spirit to direct my thoughts and acts, and I believe that It is doing so. I expect new ideas to stimulate my imagination and direct me into new ways of doing things. I invite and expect new circumstances and situations, and I know that as they present themselves, the Intelligence within me will accept them and act upon them. I know that the Divine Presence within me makes Itself known to every person I meet, to every situation I encounter. I know that It brings life and joy and happiness to everything and everyone.”

MARK BERRY – EMERGING CHURCH MOVEMENT

O Breathing Life, your Name shines everywhere!
Release a space to plant your Presence here.
Imagine your possibilities now.
Embody your desire in every light and form.
Grow through us this moment’s bread and wisdom.
Untie the knots of failure binding us,
as we release the strands we hold of others’ faults.
Help us not forget our Source,
Yet free us from not being in the Present.
From you arises every Vision, Power and Song
from gathering to gathering.

The 3rd Law of the Universe: Action - To Achieve something one must take action

The 3rd Law of the Universe: Action - To Achieve something one must take action

An idea not coupled with action will never grow bigger than the brain cell it occupied
— Arnold Glasgow

The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do, when you engage in inspired actions that support your faith and belief.

We must engage in actions that supports our thoughts dreams, emotions and words

Practicing this law is all about slowing down, getting quiet, and creating space for internal guidance. When we let go of our need to arrange and control how things will work out and are instead open to all possibilities, it makes room for new ways of achieving the goals that we might not have considered otherwise.

This universal law of nature states that you need to take actions that support the fulfillment of your wishes, desires, and goals. You should make necessary efforts to accomplish what you have wished for. Unless actions are taken that are in harmony with your thoughts and perspectives; no foreseeable results are possible.

The law of action also explains that you need to possess an inner urge to do something. The motivation and inspiration to accomplish goals and achieve success have to come from within. It takes you closer to your vision and purpose in life.
When you act on something, you set your thoughts and feelings into motion. It works for you and with you to realize your dreams.

Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned.
Peter Marshall

Action is the foundational key to all success.
Pablo Picasso

You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
Zig Ziglar

Accept that detours and adjustments maybe necessary

Sacred Text

Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.
1 John 3:18

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
James 1:22

For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.
James 2:26

“But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.”
James 1:23-25

Poem: A Poem on Taking Action by Grisha

Taking action is what separates one from others.
Taking action brings dreams to fruition while inaction drowns and smothers. Success is not about luck like finding a four leaf clover because even if you’re on the right path if you don’t take action you can still get run over.
Thoughts flow through an open window like a never-ending draft.
Thoughts without action are stuck floating in an unconscious raft. Thoughts without action never become larger than the neurons they occupy. Thoughts without action will have you forever wondering why?
Why did you wait till all your thoughts were consumed by, when will you die and who will be at the funeral and who will cry?
All of your ideas buzzing around like flys.
I’ve missed making connections because I was shy.
I didn’t take action and now my days are filled with sigh after sigh after sigh and because I didn’t take action I’m left with the question…
why?

Take Action Poem By Sue Ellson

Action beats hesitation
Doing beats hoping
Persistence beats defeat
Opportunity beats regret
Starting beats stalling
Motivation beats limitation
Courage beats comfort
Striving beats stalling
Leading beats following
Knowing beats doubting
Choice beats limitation
Answers beat assumptions
Now beats never
Take action.

Story: Paulo Coelho

Over 30 years ago a book titled ‘The Alchemist’ was published and hardly anyone noticed. The author of this book was a man named Paulo Coelho, and he was told by the first bookseller to carry his book, that only one person bought a copy after it was released.  As bad as it was to hear about the grim results Coelho remained confident in his work.
He waited for better results to appear, but they were slow to come by as six months would pass before the next copy would be sold.  Oddly, the person who bought his first book was the same person who bought the second.
After that first year the publisher decided that the book was a flop and ended Coelho’s contract.  Fortunately, though, Coelho shrugged off that initial defeat.  He made up his mind to not give in, and so he doubled down to pursue his vision with even more fervor by finding another publisher.
Now finding this new publisher was no easy task, as he was met with rejection after rejection.  But, he finally did land that new publisher, and with it, another opportunity capture his dream.
From that point forward Coelho’s dreams started to come true.  At first, he only sold three thousand books.  But the sales kept trickling in, as he then sold ten thousand, and then 100 thousand, and on and on.
Coelho’s luck has yet to run out, as his books sales continue to grow year over year, with now over 150 million and counting copies of ‘The Alchemist’ having been sold. Even more staggering is the fact that he sold over 320 million books when counting all of his works.
Paulo Coelho’s story shows that if you truly want something bad enough, all the universe really will conspire to help you make that dream happen.

Meditation

Right Action Prevails in My Affairs
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
Mark 11: 24

There could be no more explicit technique for effective prayer than this, laid down by the Master himself. We actually are to believe that we already possess the object of our desire when we ask for it. We are to accept it even as we believe in the harvest that follows the spring planting. Therefore, every spring should be one of hope and every harvest one of fulfilment.

Affirm:
I must learn to accept the good I desire and affirm its presence in my experience. Realizing that there is a Law of Good that governs my affairs, I loose every thought of doubt, fear, or uncertainty and accept the good that I desire, here and now. Realizing that this Law of Good not only knows how to create, but must contain within Itself all the details of its own creation, I let go of the need to say how my good shall come and accept the perfect answer today. Feeling a deep sense of gratitude and joy because of this, I live enthusiastically and with calm and happy anticipation of more good yet to come. And because there is no sense of strain in this, I relax in quiet contentment, while at the same time realizing that what the Law of Good does for me It must do through me. I declare that I not only know what to do but I am impelled to act, to move objectively. I move into a greater sphere of action and life with complete certainty, calm confidence, and limitless trust. Today everything of good in my experience is reanimated, reborn, and increased. Gladly I accept this and place no limit on the Divine Givingness.”

FROM ‘HUMAN RITES’ BY WARD AND WILD.

“Beloved,
our Father and Mother,
in whom is heaven,
hallowed be your name,
followed be your royal way,
done be your will and rule,
throughout the whole creation.
With the bread we need for today,
feed us.
In the hurts we absorb from one another,
forgive us.
In times of temptation and test,
Strengthen us.
From trials too great to endure,
spare us.
From the grip of all that is evil,
free us.
For you reign in the glory of the power that is love,
Now and forever.
Amen.”
